Einfach spitze: Erwartungen weit übertroffen!
Pros:

Das Resort war wirklich ein Wahnsinn, weit über unseren Erwartungen. Alles war blitzsauber. Man hat gesehen, dass sie die Zeit nutzen, um alles fesch und gut in Schuss zu halten. Das Frühstück war ein Traum und auch das Abendessen qualitativ super. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle total herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Nourriture du soir un peulegere pour le nombre d etoiles en demi pension

La piscine qui ete fermee et on avez pas ete prevenuec est dommage j etais vennue en prostection pour 45 personnes
Et le personel ne ma pas du tout

Location is absolutely stunning 😍 lots of sport activities for kids , good breakfast and friendly staff😊

Small thing but to me important
Once you booked B&B through booking .com you don’t have cooking facilities open for you to use it . Villa Giada charge you €15 per day extra if you want to cook in the apartment for your family.
That was not clear to me from the moment I mage my reservation there

Posizione strategica, colazione molto buona con molta scelta, appartamento di grandi dimensioni, comodo il parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Bellissima la piscina esterna.
Meravigliosa la vista dal ristorante dove si mangia bene!

Pulizia da migliorare,nel nostro bagno sono stati trovati dei vetri, noi eravamo con un bimbo di 15 mesi quindi super pericoloso,il pavimento era davvero sporco,su un muro c’era della muffa e un’altro muro scrostato.

Purtroppo a seguito di un temporale, è andata via acqua calda (24h) e luce (qualche ora). Mi hanno offerto gentilmente di fare la doccia in una altra camera, ma non di cambiarla (visto che era l’unica rimasta senza acqua calda).
Inoltre la qualità del menù alla carta non è stata all’altezza, soprattutto la pizza che sembrava surgelata/congelata.
