Ottimo resort sulle colline in riviera dei fiori
Pros:

Resort molto particolare sul terrazzamento ligure, in mezzo a ulivi e fiori sono stati incastonati le suite e tutti i servizi: il giardino, le piscine sono molto pulite. La camera è molto spaziosa, finemente arredata e molto pulita.
Lo staff molto presente e sorridente in tutti i reparti.

Cons:

Purtroppo avevo solo un giorno a disposizione... voglio tornare e dedicare più giorni perchè è molto rilassante

Un weekend di Pentecoste perfetto: relax, pulizia impeccabile e uno staff d'eccellenza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura in coppia durante il weekend di Pentecoste e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Nonostante il resort fosse al completo, l'organizzazione è stata impeccabile: la clientela era eterogenea, ma l'atmosfera si è rivelata incredibilmente armoniosa, senza che nessuno si disturbasse a vicenda.

Per noi, una coppia sui 60 anni in cerca di relax, è stato un soggiorno davvero romantico, ma abbiamo notato con piacere che la struttura offre tantissime attività per tutti i gusti.

Un plauso speciale va alla pulizia, curata nei minimi dettagli e a prova dei clienti più puntigliosi (come noi!), sia all'interno delle camere che in tutte le aree comuni. Infine, il vero punto di forza: uno staff giovane, sempre sorridente, cordiale e incredibilmente presente, capace di farti sentire coccolato in ogni momento. Torneremo sicuramente!

déçu quand même de la prestation

c’est notre 3 eme visite à l’hôtel d’habitude rien a dire mais cette fois ci nous avons eu un appartement. on pensais que ça serait mieux .. il etait très spacieux mais
je pense que c’était trop cher par rapport au service proposé. il est très très mal insonorisé. nous avons entendu les voisins du dessus tout le week-end dans toutes les pièces.
nous n’avons pas trop réussi à nous reposer.
nous aurions préféré avoir une chambre plus petite mais mieux insonorisée. le calme et le repos est essentiel pour nous

Le spa privatif pour couples est vraiment top !
La situation de l’hôtel, surplombant la mer et la vallée est à coupe le souffle
L’hébergement sous forme de petit studio est confortable et offre un petit espace de repos fort agréable.
Le personnel est très serviable et super accueillant

Sulle strade della Classicissima con stile!
Pros:

È stata una bellissima esperienza e vorrei ritornarci presto. La camera era molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort; appena entrati, siamo stati avvolti da un piacevole profumo che avevamo già percepito in reception e al ristorante, creando subito un'atmosfera molto rilassante. Lo staff, giovane, cordiale e sorridente, ci ha accolto calorosamente. Abbiamo anche noleggiato delle biciclette: le road bike erano di alta gamma e ci hanno permesso di scoprire il territorio e affrontare le mitiche salite della 'Classicissima'!

Never ever again
Cons:

The air condition was not functioning. The rooms are smelling damp. 2 of the rooms that we have been shown and we had to choose the less smelly one. And when the air co ia no operating the smell gets heavier.

Médiocre !
Pros:

La piscine intérieure n’est pas trop mal et l’emplacement est bien au calme.

Cons:

La chambre est vraiment catastrophique. Sale, humide (moisie sur les murs et un sol mouillé par l’humidité), une odeur horrible entre humidité et odeurs de cigarettes. La salle de bain est très très vétuste avec un mitigeur cassé. L’accès à la plaque de cuisson était payante 😂 assez surprenant. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer restez chez vous si vous souhaitez visiter mieux vaut réserver un autre établissement.
