Comfortable
Pros:

Friendly staff and easy check in. They let me check in really early and didn’t charge me for the luggage that I stored there. They also gave me a city map. It’s a convenient location, a little away from hustle bustle and also bus and train stations are walking distance.

Cons:

A little smaller room. Great for a quick business trip, I had a big suitcase and a big backpack. But overall it’s a great experience with traditional tatami mat.

もうあの部屋には泊まりたくない
Pros:

風呂が3人しか入れないくらいの大きさだが
とりあえず入浴出来るのは良い。ただし　客層があまりよろしくない。いちいち　ガラガラぺーってうがいするだけでなく　15分以上湯船を独占した後に　シャワーを止めずにお湯を流しっぱなしの輩がいて　辟易した。
注意喚起の張り紙して頂きたい。自分の風呂以上に好き勝手にされるのはいかがなものかと。

Cons:

一番北側の部屋で　朝でも薄暗くて電気付けても　薄暗い部屋で鬱鬱として過ごした。角部屋で柱があって他の部屋より狭くて嫌になりました‥。

風呂場と浴衣付きは良かった
Pros:

安くて立地条件は良い。浴衣付き。風呂場が一つで女性と男性に時間帯で切替わるが広くて良かった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって貰える。エイアコンはダイキンで良かった。

Cons:

駅からは遠い。コンセントがテレビと冷蔵庫で使用しておりその他はなし。テレビを抜いてスマホを充電した。

疲れが取れます。
Pros:

女性1人で何度か泊まっていますがかなり良いです❗️
清潔(お風呂もトイレも掃除が行き届いています)
変な人もいない、安い。下町を観光したい人にはかなりおすすめです。

Cons:

ロケーションは外に出ないといまいちです笑

Pros:

料金の安さ。ロケーション。南千住は意外と交通の便が良い。

共用の風呂場が狭いので、近所の銭湯に行った。
銭湯は料金が安く、最高！

Cons:

The fact that there were only bathrooms on the first floor and there were only two. So if everyone came back late you’d just have to keep waiting until the showers are available.
