Me gusta Asakusa
Pros:

El barrio es muy tranquilo y está cerca andando de Senso-ji y descubrí otros templos por el camino. Me gustó, es muy residencial y tranquilo.
La habitación individual a mí me parece bien por el precio que tiene. Está muy bien de precio y yo dormí súper bien.

Cons:

Está lejos de la estación y si vas cargado es mucho trayecto. Si vas ligero está bien. Está todo un poco viejo.

空きがあれば利用しています
Pros:

リーズナブルな料金なので、いつも空きがあれば利用しています。熱い風呂に入ることができて、冷暖房の効いた部屋で、畳に布団で寝ることが出来ます。廊下の給湯器で温かいお茶も飲むことが出来ます。バスタオルもあるのが嬉しいです。

Cons:

3階の部屋でしたが、2階の喫煙スペースからのぼってきた匂いが廊下に残っていて、ちょっと残念でした。トイレの個室のドアが立て付けが悪く、開け締めに力が必要でした。コンセントが少し高いところにあるので、スマホの充電には、延長ケーブルを持参すると便利です。

東京にもこんなリーズナブルな、まして駅近、コンビニが多いところがあった
Pros:

シャワー室が広く水圧も高かった
スカイツリーが非常口から真ん前に見え良かった窓ち

Cons:

It was not clean at all and the bathrooms smelled like piss on each floor. The showers were unclean and unpleasant. The stuff as well wasn’t kind, they were bothering other people even round midnight (!) and sometimes the reception staff was gone for hours so it was not possible to pickup the suitcase from the storage in time

とにかく安い。レイトチェックアウトも1000円で12時まで滞在できて良かった。

도쿄 가성비 최고의 숙소
Pros:

저렴하게 독방을 사용할수 있다는것은 굉장한 메리트입니다. 욕탕이 있어서 편하게 몸을 담글수 있었고 편의점(특히 로손100)이 가까이 있어서 도시락사와서 먹기 좋았습니다. TV도 있어서 일본방송 보면서 쉬기도 좋았습니다. 직원도 매우 친절하게 안내해줍니다.

Cons:

화장실에 비데가 없습니다. 와이파이가 약해서 거의 사용을 못했습니다. TV가 중간에 멈춰서 직원호출해서 뒤쪽 카드를 뽑았다 꽃으니 됩니다. TV는 구형이라 각도가 안맞으면 잘 안보입니다. 탁자 다리가 고정이 잘 안됩니다.

Muito bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

A localização é boa, na área norte de Asakusa. Tokyo facilita tudo, é claro. O transporte público é padrão ouro.

Cons:

O espaço é uma questão, mas, como é em qualquer em Tokyo, especialmente com um preço mais em conta. Mas, nada que você não consiga manejar.
