Super Lage und Zimmer zur Straße sehr geräumig

Gut gefallen haben mir:
- Lage
- Personal sehr freundlich!
- Zimmer war groß (103 zur Straße hin) und man hat mir sogar ein besseres Zimmer gegeben +

Bett bequem, habe sehr gut geschlafen außer 2 Nächte wegen tw. Geräuschen draußen

Cons:

Man könnte ruhig 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier ins Bad stellen. Einmal ist es mir ausgegangen und ich hatte morgens keines und musste zur Rezeption. Natürlich hab ich dann direkt welches bekommen, aber das kann man sich doch ersparen. Man hat nur eine 2. Rolle bekommen, wenn die Rolle schon mehr als die Hälfte aufgebraucht war. Und ich war sechs Tage da. Aus Sorge Gäste könnten Toilettenpapier stehlen, kann das doch nicht sein (!?). Bei einer Anfrage für ein zweites kleines Handtuch hab ich irgendwie Verständnis, aber hierbei nicht.
Wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte man überlegen, ob man dort bucht. In meinem Zimmer waren Geschehnisse von draußen (restaurant und bar gegenüber andere Straßenseite und Eurostarshotel Terrasse) definitiv stark wahrnehmbar. Ich habe dann orophax benutzt und damit ging es überwiegend. Dafür ist die Lage aber natürlich echt toll.
Bitte bringen Sie in der Dusche eine Ablagefläche für zb shampooflasche oder ähnliches an).

Cons:

Balkon zum Hinterhof, konnte man wegen dem Geruch nie öffnen, Zimmer kleiner als gedacht aber alles in allem kann man nichts falsch machen für ein paar Nächte für den Preis.

Internet um pouco lenta. Chuveiro achei fraco. Pelo valor da hospedagem nao incluia sequer agua. Na reserva estava incluso um vinho que nunca foi oferecido.

NOT soundproof!
Pros:

The hotel was cool with interesting features. Central location. Breakfast was worth the money. Excellent staff.

Cons:

The rooms are NOT soundproof whatsoever. In fact, the hotel room was extremely noisy! I didn't mind the people at the restaurants outside, but the tram rumbles by beginning at 6am daily and shakes the building. The worst part was being able to hear every step the person in the room above made. Just absolutely zero insulation and impossible to drown out even with earplugs and noise canceling headphones. Since it is such a central location, I expected some street noise. But for them to claim the rooms are sound proofed (twice!) is SO misleading. The people upstairs were walking around until midnight, up at 6, and then the cleaners were banging around at 9am. Terrible for jet lag. If sleep and a quiet place to retreat are important to you, avoid this spot.

O quarto e andares tinham um cheiro intenso. Alem disso, o hotel não está bem localizado para quem pretende levar carro ou apanhar Uber, pois o mesmo não pode entrar na rua. Ao chegar ao hotel, mesmo com tudo pago, incluído taxa turística, é obrigatório deixar um iban de cartão de crédito com código CVC, ao indicar que não queríamos o empregado disse que não seria possível que é uma medida de segurança, no entanto, não nos souberam indicar que medida é essa.
