Sehr gute Adresse in der Baixa.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, zentraler geht nicht. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im fünften Stock und den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das ist Ende Februar/Anfang März ein absolutes Plus, denn ich mag die überall übliche Klimaanlage zum Heizen nicht besonders. Sie trocknet die Schleimhäute aus. Das Personal ist supernett. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Ich frühstücke selten im Hotel. Hier musste man abends ankreuzen, was man essen wollte und man konnte nur in einem bestimmten Zeitrahmen frühstücken. Erschien mir alles sehr umständlich.

Localização perfeita e atenção dos funcionários encanta os hóspedes

Localização e atendimento excelente. O café da manhã também muito bom. E gentilmente colocaram uma pequena mesa e trouxeram café da manhã em local que evitou que meu marido descesse e subisse escadas, pois está com mobilidade reduzida

Great staff, great location, nice clean room. Good breakfast selection.

The stand out was definitely the staff, opening the door upon your arrival was such a nice touch.

Great central location.

Cons:

There are only two aspect of my stay that I can fault and that is no iron on the premises and the partial frosted door in the bathroom still allowed people from the next building to view in at night. In relation to the iron, there doesn't need to be one in every room, however, one on the premises that guest can use would go a long way.

Personale gentilissimo, posizione fantastica. Abbastanza pulito. Colazione: uova ottime.

Cons:

L'odore dell'ingresso sa di reflui, quello della camera di chiuso e polvere (forse le tende), la cassaforte in camera rotta, la luce in bagno a bassissima intensità, camera poco curata, coperta ai piedi del letto piena di peli e peluzzi (sul blu risaltano molto). Colazione: croissant stantio e bruciaticcio.
