Cons:

There is a bad smell throughout the building. The staff isn't very friendly and they don't really bother to help. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, and the shampoo and shower gel they had were terrible. Overall, the room and cleanliness were decent, but the smell in the hotel is so bad that it makes everything feel dirty.

Good location but spend some more money for another one close by.

The location is very good

Cons:

Was not clean, the A/C is too loud, you can hear and feel the tram passing, the cleaners in the morning was banging and shouting everywhere and kept waking us up!

Pros:

The Hotel was absolutely fantastic, we had a lovely stay and and superb location. I would definitely recommend this beautiful Boutique Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I can honestly say there is nothing we did not like.

Insuffisant.
Pros:

Au coeur de la Baixa, facile d'accès.

Cons:

Chambre très sombre, les fenêtres donnent sur des murs. La climatisation est très ancienne et fonctionne mal, alors qu'il y avait canicule c'était étouffant. Décoration minimale et déprimante de la chambre- en contraste avec l'entrée boutique qui est charmante. Prises électriques difficiles d'accès pour charge des appareils, pas très confortable comme lieu.

Great location to explore the city.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t have parking and you can’t arrive at the hotel with your car because it’s a pedestrian street. Have this in mind. We found a pay parking a few blocks away from the hotel and left our car there.

Very average service. You are just a number for them. Don’t care to service you!

Perfect location
Nice room

Cons:

Poor services, very limited and poor breakfast. Not care to serve their clients.
Products used not according to boutique standards (soaps, shower gels etc)

La localización

Cons:

No poder aparcar ni para descargar, te ofrecen aparcamiento en la plaza a unos 500m, coste diario 35€ y tienes que entrar y salir cada 24h.
Sólo un ascensor y la zona de desayuno muy básica y en el sótano muy difícil su acceso.

Posizione centralissima. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo .

Purtroppo devo rimarcare 2 aspetti negativi :
pur consapevole che la finestra fosse esposta su un cortile interno (indicato al momento della prenotazione) , non ha consentito il suo utilizzo, nè per la luce nè tanto meno per un ricambio d'aria naturale
Era esposta su un cortile piccolissimo, quindi buio, sopra un aspiratore che funzionava h24 : in pratica la finestra doveva rimanere sempre chiusa (vedasi immagine)
Ho fatto presente che il flusso d'acqua nel lavandino era ridotto ad un filo : non abbiamo avuto nè la riparazione (può capitare : gli idraulici disponbili non sono facili da reperire) netantomeno un cenno di scusa per il disagio
