Pros:

The staff were so nice. It was my wife's birthday and they noticed and gave us both a free breakfast :) thank you for that ! The location was good. The room was clean and the it was good value for money.

Cons:

The shower seemed to run out of hot water sometimes but that was all and only a small thing. It was still a great place.

Alles in großen Teilen in Ordnung.
Pros:

Ansprechendes nettes Hotel in wirklich bester Lage (Innenstadt). Alles wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung. Gut war dass die vorbeiführende Straße für Verbrennerautos gesperrt war. Kein Autoverkehrslärm. Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus für PKW ca. 5 Minuten Laufzeit entfernt.

Cons:

War von der Straße her schon sehr laut. Grund die vorbeifahrenden Trambahnen. Das mitgebuchte Frühstück war ja aber schon mager!! Ansonsten gabs nichts zu beanstanden.

fast easy checkin. location is excellent to explore Lisbon on foot and access public transportation. Room was clean. Simple but comfortable. The windows overlooking the pedestrian street were beautiful.

Cons:

Some may not like the two twin beds pushed together but we found it okay. The bathroom is small but clean. No coffee or tea making appliances in the rooms.

Excellent location, helpful staff, great trip!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great - on one of the roads that leads down to the main square. Walking distance to most things. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Hotel staff are extremely attentive and helpful. They’ll were even kind enough to leave us a lovely bottle of Portuguese Red Wine when they noticed my partner’s birthday cards in our room! That was extremely kind.
We could keep our luggage here when we arrived before check in and also after check out too which was super handy.

Muito ruim. Destaco apenas a simpatia de toda a equipe, que não compensa o hotel velho e decadente.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, na Baixa Pombalina. Só isso.

Cons:

O hotel é muito velho e muito mal cuidado. Não tem água quente na pia do banheiro, que mesmo gelada tem apenas um fio de água. Foi impossível fazer a barba.
