It was good fro a night stay, if you stay longer look for another place.
Pros:

Location is great. Short walking distance to everywhere and to subway.

Cons:

Breakfast is so so, we had to leave sharp at 7:45am and breakfast starts at 7:30am, it means lady came at 7:30 only and open a kitchen and started just bringing to us what we have selected in form. If time allows opt out of hotel breakfast you can have much better choices in city in near by location.

Pros:

Kleines, zentrales Stadthotel. Zimmer sauber, Betten bequem. Standort perfekt, um die Stadt per Fuss zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber hochwertig. Das Rührei wird portioneneweise frisch zubereitet.

Great location, decent sized room and spotlessly clean
Pros:

It was in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the waterfront and shops. It was on a street with no cars allowed so it was really quiet at night.

Cons:

We had to ask for a kettle as they don’t come as standard in the rooms.

Staff was helpfull
Clean. Great towels.

Cons:

VERY noisy. You could hear everything in other rooms, and would wake up especially when staff cleaned other rooms.

No curtains, so light would get it st 7am. Had to buy a sleeping mask, it was sooo bright inside.

Breakfast is NOT worth the 15€.

De kamer met balkon en uitzicht op de straat.

The reception area was stunning. The sitting room where luggage is stored shows foundations from previous buildings under a glass floor.

Cons:

The room was not the same quality as reception. There was no window. French doors were blacked out as they opened onto the rear service yard. Our room was next to the service room so it was noisy from 8am.

Die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein! Einige Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ...

... aber leider war wohl nicht allen klar, dass die so lästigen Gäste nicht nur Arbeit machen, sondern auch ihr Gehalt bezahlen... Hinzu kamen unglückliche technische Defekte (ein steckenbleibender Fahrstuhl bei Zimmern im 5. Stockwerk), Buchungsfehler (statt Doppelzimmer zwei Einzelbetten im Mansardenzimmer), Frühstücke, die am Vortag gebucht und dann doch nie so, wie gebucht, bereitgestellt werden, Reisegruppen können/dürfen nicht gemeinsam frühstücken, Seife im Badezimmer fehlt durchaus mal bis zu drei Tage, Toilettenpapier muss von den Gästen selbst organisiert werden und am Ende bleibt man auf einer fehlerhaften Abrechnung mit einem völlig überforderten Nachtportier sitzen ...
