The Ritus Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We had such a great experience at The Ritus. The staff were truly amazing from the moment we arrived. Our taxi driver tried to overcharge us by 700 lira, but the hotel team immediately stepped in, greeted us right at the car, and brought us inside safely and kindly.

We were welcomed with treats and a delicious coffee chosen by the Ritual, which was such a nice touch after traveling. The service continued the next morning at breakfast with more treats and the same warm hospitality.

We honestly wish we had stayed more than one day. Wonderful vibes, incredibly thoughtful staff, and a perfect location. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I was unable to have breakfast (or dined) in the property. The property and service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again when in Istanbul.

Absolutely amazing experience staying here. Two ladies travelling together, extremely helpful and caring staff all around. Excellent location walkable to everywhere in Sultanahmet. Spotless hotel. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!!!

What a welcome… at check I was offered Turkish drinks and desserts. Someone assisted with my luggage. Can walk to several major tourist sites, restaurants, souvenir shops, tram and bus stop. They have a 24 hour gym and supplied me with water every day too.

fiyat olarak çok pahalı ama kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü gerçekten sadece yatak sığmış odaya ve manzarası yok kör cepheye bakıyor odalar. resepsiyon yeterince bilgilendirme yapmıyor bence önceden otelin resimlerini bakmış olmasam kafesinden hiç haberimiz bile olmayacak . çok şık bir kafesi var çok beğendim çay kahve ve lokum ikramını beğendim.

The hotel rooms are cosy

Hotel impeccable the staff excellent and beyond. The food at the restaurant Michelin grade. I would definitely go back and stay at this gem.

Excellent location

It was great experience with this brand new hotel from Hilton group. The room was a little too small but the luxury compensated everything. The location is perfect to walk around in the hart of Istanbul.

There was quite an assortment of food options. You could also request omelets or eggs cooked according to your liking.
The staff was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Hats off to Azra, Jannat and Muhammad for their assistance and kindness.
We would definitely be back. Thank you

Excellent hotel , staff and location

It was good

very pleasant, friendly staff .Helpful when needed .That all make to be relaxed enjoyable few days in Ritus hotel.
To mention the amicable interior as well.
Central position ie walking distance to all interesting monuments of the past.
All that experience is calling us to come back and explore more.

Everything was perfect starting from the ending

A perfect location for walking to all the historical attractions. The rooftop (open and with windows) restaurant on the top floor of the partner hotel beside the Ritus has an amazing view and great food/service. Excellent professional staff 24X7

This new hotel is very clean and beautiful. Nice and quiet and located perfectly to walk to the key historical locations in Istanbul including the famous Bazaar. An additional benefit is the top floor restaurant at the adjacent hotel that has great food and an amazing view of the historical sites. Ritus will do all restaurant reservations and private driver arrangements. Very knowledgable professional staff!

Very helpful staff

スーツケースを持ってても、トラムのスルタンアフメット駅から平坦な道を歩いて2-3分で着くので便利です
観光に関して、ブルーモスクやアヤソフィア、トプカプ宮殿、バジリカシスタンからも歩いて10分程度なので旧市街を中心に観光するのにとても便利です。
旧市街に行きたい場合でもトラムになればすぐに行けますし、なんならガラダ橋まで歩いて15分程度で行けます。
ホテルの方々に関して、すごく先回りしたり、恭しく対応してもらいたいのであれば違うと思いますが、言えば要望に応えてもらえますし、付かず離れずがいいのであれば快適です。
