Soha többé, nagy csalódás!
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon jó volt, nagy a választék és minden finom és friss.

Cons:

4 éjszakát töltöttünk ott az őszi szünetben, aminek a nagy részében konkrétan fáztunk a szobában. Előre kértem, hogy legyen felfűtve a szoba (mint a foglalás után kiderült, csak klímával lehet fűteni), mégis nagyon hideg volt, amikor megérkeztünk, pedig ment a klíma, a fürdőszobában pedig semmi fűtés nem volt. Reggelre elfogadható szintre melegedett a szoba (nem volt meleg, de legalább már nem vacogtunk). Reggeli után elmentünk kirándulni, a klímát természetesen bekapcsolva hagytuk, mivel odakint nagyon hideg volt, azonnal kihűlt volna a szoba. Mire este visszaértünk, a szoba jéghideg volt, mint kiderült a szobalány reggel simán kikapcsolta a fűtést, amikor bejött a szobába. Ilyen felháborító dolgot még soha, sehol nem tapasztaltam, pedig nagyon sokat utazunk. Így este megint kezdhettük elölről, hogy a klíma legalább elfogadható szintre melegítse a szobát. Ez megint csak reggelre sikerült, így már a második éjszaka vacogtunk az ágyban. Reggelinél a szobalány hibája miatti elnézés kérésként kaptunk egy üveg Limoncellot, ami egyáltalán nem kárpótol azért, hogy egy kilenc éves kislánnyal már napok óta fáztunk. Ezután ismét kirándulni mentünk, délután megint a hideg szobába értünk vissza, a klíma hibakódot írt ki. Ekkor már sokadjára voltam a recepción és kértem, hogy adjanak új szobát. Ezt teltházra hivatkozva megtagadták. Majd jött egy férfi, aki megnézte a klímát, elvitt valami szűrőt belőle, kitakarította, majd láss csodát, végre fűtött a klíma 3 nap után! Így nagyjából este 11 körül végre kezdett jó idő lenni a szobában, de a fürdőszobában továbbra sem volt semmi fűtés. A hátralévő egy napban már végre nem kellett fáznunk, de mi 4 éjszakát fizettünk ki teljes áron, nem egyet!

A recepción egy fiatal férfi segítőkész volt, a nők nagyon nem, illetve a pincérek közül is egy fiatal férfi volt kedves és barátságos, a többiek unottan, lekezelően bántak a vendégekkel. Ugyanezt tudom elmondani arról a nőről, akivel a kijelentkezéskor beszéltem a problémákról.

A kilátás a szobából csodálatos volt. A reggeli nagyon korrekt, sok alternatív opcióval. A szoba felszereltsége és tisztasága rendben volt.

Cons:

A wellness részleg lehetne picit jobban felszerelt, de ez is rendben volt, nem emiatt mentünk.

Mooie locatie, kamers mogen een update krijgen.

De locatie was prima, ontbijt ook prima. De kamers kunnen wel een update gebruiken.

Cons:

De badkamer was erg klein. Douchecabine paste je net in. Ouderwets. Alles werd wel goed schoon gehouden. Het was ook erg gehorig. Tip leg pvc neer ipv laminaat.
