Pros:

Excellent, welcoming, helpful staff, whi were also speaking excellent English, so I managed well with my poor Italian. Grazie mille a Lucrezia, you are phenomenal.
Location is excellent, breakfast quite good, my room was enormous (see the pics). The room was very clean, the bathroom clearly very recently fixed and stylish. I would have loved to stay longer.
Best beds during my 2 week long (8 different accommondations) trip in Italy.
This room was in 2 floors, so maybe not handy for person with disabilities. But, there was a little wooden gate upstairs preventing e.g. small children to go to stair unattended. Clever!

Adorable boutique hotel
Pros:

A cute boutique hotel with great views of the lake and a courteous staff. Fabulous converted old building with tons of charm.

Cons:

As it is an old building, it can be a little loud, especially rooms over the street (which are also the ones with lake views).

Ideal location!
Pros:

We had a beautiful lake view in an adorable 2 level apartment. For breakfast we filled plates and carried them across the little road to a patio right at the lake’s boardwalk. The staff was extremely helpful with parking (if we found parking on that main drag, they would validate - and we did!). One of my favorite towns because of the hospitality!
