Well located in walking distance to Galataport area and transportation of all forms. Easy to get taxi or take trams. Can walk to old district and sight see. Main complaint was the noise at night. Can hear music and traffic coming from street. Also had intermittent sewage smell, fortunately only lasted couple minutes! Staff were helpful and very courteous. Overall I enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location. Only 5 rooms per floor. What luxury.
Breakfast very good and no more expensive than eating in the cafes around the hotel.

This hotel was just like the pictures and there was hardly anything out of place. The customer service was always quick and professional whenever I needed anything or had a question. I place a premium on the air conditioning which many fancy hotels only pretend to have and deny any issues when you complain. That was not an issue here as the room was cold just as I preferred. The breakfast was very tasty and a combination of buffet style and made to order. The room did need some minor touch ups and the mattress was a bit firm for my liking. Another bonus was that this hotel actually gives you premium bathroom toiletry samples like shower gel and shampoo, which other hotels have phased out. I would probably stay here gain if return to lstanbul.

We have stayed at the Bank Hotel so many times now... for us it is like a home away from home... and that is how we are always treated by the staff. Like family. The hotel provides a beautiful oasis away from the bustle of the streets and the staff are simply the best. The position is perfect... within easy walking distance of the Galata and the Golden Horn.. Over the years we have brought friends and family and they have all loved it. Our deepest gratitude to Osman, Sahar and the team Bank Hotel. We cant wait to come back again!

The originality of the Bank Hotel, the wonderful rooftop, the staff and the location sre what made our stay so memorable!

Everything cool but …the me yes and everything written on cards etc et VERY LITTLE LETTERS ..and with the addition that the paper they use is brown it makes it much more difficult ti read it. Its a unusual that in the breakfast everything is included but … if you ask for a cappuccino they will charge it …😳. Nice hotel. Nice location !

For our first visit to Istanbul, this was the perfect location. Thanks to the excellent transport system everything is in easy reach. The hotel scores on every front. It is beautifully designed, the staff are helpful and attentive, the room is comfortable and with all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. A lovely surprise was the birthday cake produced for my wife. Definitely where we'd stay on a return visit.

Amazing! I loved it and enjoy a boutique hotel. Service is excellent and they ensure to say hello every time you walk by. I loved the attention to detail for the stay and location is superb.

Characterful old building, well renovated with charisma and charm.

Not the cheapest place to stay, but reasonable by western standards, especially given the high level of service in a classic, elegant building in an excellent location. The spa services - especially the packaging of massage and hammam - were wonderful (though, again, not very cheap by Istanbul standards). The breakfast was excellent and included made-to-order eggs. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect in a high-end hotel.

Staff were great very helpful. Special thanks to Sahar for taking extra time to make our trip awesome.
