Some cleaning was overlooked in our room upon arrival.
The price was reasonable.
Not the staff's fault, but there were some sports conventions in town and a lot of young people whooping it up well into the night. The staff did their best to request they quiet down after quiet hours, but it was still after midnight before we could get any rest. The mattress was very uncomfortable, woke up very sore after tossing and turning all night. Also, the cabinets, flooring tiles and other items were pretty beaten up/worn. The breakfast was pretty much cleaned out by 9am, and the reason given was due to the conference going on. I would think if that was a known event, they would have been prepared better. The one hostess indicated she was the only person talked with restocking breakfast items. I went out and paid for breakfast. I honestly will go out of my way to avoid staying there again, even if it means paying way more somewhere else.
Breakfast area should be cleaner and more forks spoons plates etc out for people. Things ran out and weren’t replaced.
I have three kids so I love that I was able use the app to switch to a larger room at the same price

Buffet breakfast was nice to have and well attended to.
I enjoyed the look and comfort of the lobby, and the 24 hour availability of coffee.
The room was spacious and comfortable and perfect for our needs.
The location is very convenient for travel to Rochester.
The pool was nice, warm enough and clean.
The window shade in the sitting area of the suite was broken, cold not be opened more than a foot and could not be fixed during our stay. Also the lampshade by the bed was broken, and the countertop in the kitchenette was cracked.
I enjoyed the breakfast although at times the waffle maker or yogurt dispenser was out of order limiting selections.
The staff was very friendly and professional.
There were people making noise above me at night.
