Best Hotel of all Rochester.
Pros:

Sara, front desk staff, went totally out of her way to help a sister out! The big guy (boss) is the best! Our first morning there, the morning front desk clerk greeted me with the biggest smile and brightest 'Good Morning', and the kitchen staff greeted me the same way. Sara is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet! She so kind and caring! The pool was our favorite part (4 kids). On-site laundry- clean, tidy, just be sure to look carefully at the machines as they somewhat look identical, which can cause an operator error when washing and drying your laundry. The ice machine at the end of our hall was my best friend, as I love ice! The suite we were in was a little small, but that's my fault for not looking and doing a little more research. Sara and Boss Man will def be seeing us again!

Pleasant staff, clean facilities. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was great - U of R close, shopping and restaurants too. Room was clean and comfortable. More than enough room for 3 people. Medium size refrigerator. Pool was good size and clean. Exercise room was clean.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have an earlier check in time (1:00 - 2:00 pm).

Breakfast was amazing. Room was a nice size.

Cons:

Bed wasn't so comfortable. Room could use at least a 2 eye stove top. And a tub for a more relaxing stay.

Pros:

Check in was quick n easy, room was definitely amazing. I got there a day early and they were able to accommodate my stay. Definitely will be back.

Cons:

Pool was was freezing.. lol.. but overall it was clean.

Not worth the price, lack of staff, bad breakfast and no house keeping at all.
Pros:

The front desk staff is nice and friendly.

Cons:

The house keeping service is only once the other day, and even after we waited 2 days, the house keeping still skips us (we put the house keeping notice at the door). So during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel, no house keeping at all.
Our garbage can is full, no clean towels. And there’s only 1 staff(front desk) in the hotel since afternoon. We called front desk to ask for a crib, she said since she’s the only one staff here, we have to go to storage room to get it by ourselves…….

The price was reasonable.

Cons:

Not the staff's fault, but there were some sports conventions in town and a lot of young people whooping it up well into the night. The staff did their best to request they quiet down after quiet hours, but it was still after midnight before we could get any rest. The mattress was very uncomfortable, woke up very sore after tossing and turning all night. Also, the cabinets, flooring tiles and other items were pretty beaten up/worn. The breakfast was pretty much cleaned out by 9am, and the reason given was due to the conference going on. I would think if that was a known event, they would have been prepared better. The one hostess indicated she was the only person talked with restocking breakfast items. I went out and paid for breakfast. I honestly will go out of my way to avoid staying there again, even if it means paying way more somewhere else.
