Pros:

Will book again when we visit my son at college
Pros:

Loved the recent renovation done and the breakfast provided was wonderful. We were staying there due to a college visit in town. And it was a perfect location.

Cons:

The main lobby/breakfast area could have used some music playing softly in the background though.

Pros:

Concierge service was a pleasant experience. Accommodations were clean, spacious for a single person and comfortable (guest king room). Bathroom toiletries smelled great. I used the hotels instead of what I packed. Shower head has easy to read settings on the dial. Finally, a towel hook is mounted near the shower curtain.

Cons:

The shampoo bottle went empty after my first night. Conditioner and body wash were under half a bottle. There is a dual toilet roll holder, one of the rolls was almost finished.

Accommodations were pleasant and clean. Proximity/access to restaurants was very good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Scones were excellent and I was happy with the availability of fresh fruit. Selections of hot food were maintained at appropriate temperatures.
The breakfast area was clean and bright and very inviting.
The male clerk at the desk upon check in was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had about the area and especially when we asked about access to parking for the concert venue.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the coffee maker in my room. I heated water for tea and there were black particles the water, so I didn't steep and drink the tea. Everything else was fine.

The location. We have stayed here multiple times prior.

Cons:

The pool was closed. Our bathroom was covered in what looked like public hair. The washcloths were clearly used and never changed out. When I brought this the the staffs attention. They told me that something would be done about it and how very sorry they were. When we checked out the next morning I was reassured someone would be in contact with me. This was about a month ago. I have called the property multiple times where the "manage" on duty became extremely rude. She told me that there was no notes left for her and thay she would look into it and call me back. I started recording the calls after the second time. I still have not heard back and feel it would be a waste of my time to reach out again!.
