Well priced hotel for a night in Modena
Pros:

Very well priced, friendly and welcoming staff, parking (which we needed) and excellent location for a wonderful restaurant nearby.

Pros:

La cortesia e disponibilità del gestore (sant’uomo che, con un caldo intenso di fuori, mi ha permesso di restare nel bar con l’aria condizionata mentre aspettavo che mi venissero a prendere, mi ha lasciato usare il bagno della sala colazioni per darmi una sciacquata e mi ha pure offerto acqua e caffè), la pulizia, il buon rapporto qualità prezzo e l’ottima colazione (a pagamento) compensano il fatto che l’hotel è un po’ datato. Vicino al centro e con due pizzerie nel giro di pochi metri. Consigliatissimo per chi non ha troppe pretese! Se dovessi tornare a Modena prenoterei di nuovo qui!

Marco is very friendly and welcoming. Deviate from my arriving time estimation but luckily he waited a little longer for us but even he can not wait, he try to communicate for the neccesary information for checkin purpose. The room is spacious and we like his kind of firm bed. location close to city centre also. And car parking is a plus
