Cleanliness and the service is very good. Breakfast spread is also very good.

Ausgesprochen gute Lage, um die Tempel von Angkor Wat zu besuchen.
Hotelpersonal sehr bemüht, die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut & sauber.
Allerdings wird dieses Hotel von sehr großen chinesischen Reisegruppen als Ausgangspunkt für die Tempelbesichtigungen genutzt.
Dementsprechend großes Gedränge & Geschiebe am Frühstücksbüffet.
Für uns zu sehr Massenabfertigung, weswegen wir das nächste mal lieber ein kleineres „Boutique“ Hotel buchen werden.

Nice environmenr and great service
However a bit far from pub street / night market

酒店環境、裝修十分好。早餐及各類設施也很好。泳池在熱門時間（約九點）較嘈雜，但其他時間很舒適，而且泳池很大。酒店職員親切，提供高質服務。

Contrate un guía y un taxi para conocer Angkor Wat a traves del hotel. La persona que nos atendió del hotel nos dijo que no era posible contratar el carro para ver el amanecer a las 5 am de la mañana y volver al hotel a desayunar porque iba a ver mucha gente en las ruinas. A pesar de que le insistimos no fue posible que nos cuadrará el carro en horas de la mañana. Nos tocó contratar un Tuk tuk para ver el amanecer a las 5am y volver al hotel y después si tomar el carro del hotel. El hotel cobró USD35 por el carro.

Por el guía no cobraron USD70 porque era en español, el guía no hablaba bien español, no se le entendía nada y no sabía nada acerca de su país o de las ruinas. Fue decepcionante.

al día siguiente salíamos a tomar el primer vuelo y como el desayuno no estaba abierto nos ofrecieron una opción de desayuno para llevar que solo tenía 4 tipos de pan diferente y un jugo de caja, ni siquiera un sanduche o una botella con agua.

The WORST 5 star hotel that I've ever stayed.
今まで滞在した5つ星ホテルの中で最悪です。

1. I asked free airport pick up, but the driver didn't show up. so I took Taxi to get hotel.
到着時に事前に無料空港送迎を頼みましたが、ドライバーは現れませんでした。自腹で10ドルを払い、タクシーを使いました。

2. Wi-fi connect is too bad in the room.
Wi-Fi接続が悪すぎ。

3. It's very very very noisy when the next room taking a shower.
隣の部屋がシャワーを使用している時、とてもうるさい。

4. The fitness machine is almost broken at the fitness room.
フィットネス器具が壊れていて使用できないものが多かった。

5. Chinese people are too noisy in the restaurant at breakfast.
朝食時、中国人がうるさすぎ。

Although I spend very high accommodation fee, I couldn't feel satisfied during my stay.
高い宿泊費を払ったが、全く満足できなかった。

Just one thing that I felt good is the stuffs were very friendly.
ただ1点、良かった点は、スタッフがフレンドリーだったこと。

雰囲気は素晴らしいアジアンリゾート。しかし、現地従業員の態度の悪さに悲しくなった。まず、ホテルが契約しているトゥクトゥクを1日でかりたところ、行く場所が多いと文句を言い、次に待ち合わせした場所にこなかった。だか、街中で私達家族を発見したら、それまでの代金を払えと怒り結局3ドル払った。また、ホテルのエステ窓口の態度の悪さには、唖然とした。最終が10時だから遅れるなと言われ行ったら、レジが壊れた？と言い、謝りもせずに20分待たせ、態度も椅子の背もたれに背をつけ、顎があがっており気分が悪かった。アロママッサージを頼んだが、半分タイマッサージのように身体の上にのり痛みを感じるマッサージ。
また、部屋の浴室シャワーが蛇口との切り替わりが壊れていて、両方からお湯が出てくる始末。これで5つ星ホテルと語るのはどうかと思った。ただ、日本人スタッフの方はとても親切で良かった。雰囲気は素晴らしいだけに、従業員教育を頑張っていただきたいものです。

Aunque el hotel está muy bien, no corresponde al estándar de 5 estrellas que me esperaba. El hotel necesita un mantenimiento en general y cuidar ciertos detalles. Decepcionado por el check-out.... necesitaron comprobar personalmente si habíamos cogido algo del mini bar la noche anterior... la primera vez que veo que no se fían de la palabra del cliente, teniendo ya bloqueados 200 euros en la vista para gastos...

Wir waren 5 Tage dort. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, jedochi ist die City mit einem Tuk Tuk gut zu erreichen, Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, die Zimmertüren schliessen sehr laut.

服務好的飯店，員工樂於幫忙，早餐很好吃，飯店內溫水泳池讓人忘記時間的存在，但客房浴巾如果能每天更換會更好，早餐很好吃，是一個愉快的經驗。

飯店人員服務很好,很熱情協助處理.早餐自助總類雖然沒有很多,但是很好吃.
游泳池是溫水的,很乾淨.房間不錯,可惜不知道是不是我們不太會調整冷氣溫度,調整後還是會很冷.整體來說,是一個不錯的體驗

I am stay here on my holiday, staff nice and polite room a bit old facility are okay but great.
Over service Inwould give it 3 star out of 5 star.

Anyway the stay was pleasant stay.

値段が値段だけにそこまで期待はしていなかったのですが、
豪華なロビー、清潔な部屋、快適なプールなど、ホテルで過ごす上でのストレスは何もなく、ゆっくりくつろげました。
またシェムリアップに滞在する際には宿泊しようと思います

From the moment we met our driver at the airport, to the point when we entered our hotel room door, we had nothing but great service. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices for westerners and easterners alike. They also managed a tour to Angkor Wat for us. The price was quite reasonable.

My 14 year old son was pleased the moment he saw the lobby of our hotel. Definitely want to stay here again!

Nice PATIO Cabana Club, Access to Pool. Great for families with kids. Room & bed is big enough. Breakfast is ok. Tried the mango tea drink (with fresh mango cubes) at the small lobby cafe, not too sweet, very nice!

The staff were fantastic, the pool was nice and big and had the best kids area I have seen (nice and big and separate from the deeper pool). Was close to the main town and also to Angkor Wat. We did get worried initially as there is a new building being constructed next door and we heard hammering when we first entered our room (so if that worries you ask for a pool view). However that became background noise and there is only noise in the daytime plus they don't use any heavy/ loud machinery.
