Pros:

Kahvaltı iyiydi. Odaların temizliği kötüydü. Otopark konusunda sokağa parkettiğimiz için yer bulma konusunda sorun yaşadım. Merkeze yakın konumda.

It’s was terrible, the manager was so rude. The food was so overpriced for no reason. The hotel was located in a very dirty and old place. Also it’s really far away from touristy places. Plus it had limited transportation in the area. We had limited options transport wise. The hotel room was small and they charged us too much. The door handle was broken, the bed had bed bugs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone coming here.

Hotels uzerinden Ocak ayi icinde satin aldigim 8 oda icin otelde ode secenegini sectim fakat nisan ayinda konaklama günümde kur farki talep edildi. Erken rezervasyonun amaci zaten fiyat farkindan etkilenmemek icindir. Otel gorevlileri kendilerini korumaya aldiklarini fiyatlarin değişkenlikleri icin yaptiklarini söylediler peki bizim kendi butcemizi korumak icin erken rezervasyon yaptigimizi neden anlayamadilar bilmiyorum. Ben kendilerine ocak ayinda euro uzerinden fiyati arayip nisanda konaklayacagim fark cikmaz degil mi dedigimde hayir kesinlikle cikmaz demislerdi. Fakat otelde kimse bu sorumluluğu kabul etmedi ve asla yardimci olmadilar. Ayrica aile oteli diye sectigim otelde gece 4 e kadar gürültülü dinledim . Bir onceki deneyimim iyi olmasina ragmen bu sefer memnun kalmadim.

Avoid this hotel. On the website it’s advertised as having air condition and when getting to the hotel we are told that there is no air conditioning only hot air. It was so hot in our room. The bathroom was not clean and they served the same breakfast everyday.

The staff was phenomenal. Extremely kind, attentive, and timely. Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was nice and had a cozy atmosphere. Many amenities included with your stay which is a plus. The food at the hotel was great and affordable. Overall my experience here was excellent.
