Мне не понравился номер, это ужасный номер с ужасным сносившими палами, с отвратительным запахом в комнате настолько это было неприятно там находиться что мне пришлось заказать новый отель.

Very good for business trip
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean, no smell. Good to visit Dance festival in Pullman.

Cons:

No nice views from windows, but for my purpose of visit it did no matter.

Cons:

The first major issue was the complete lack of parking. There were no available spaces at all, which was extremely inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand. When I raised this with the staff, their attitude made things worse—they were rude and acted as if this problem was somehow my fault.
To make matters worse, I had already paid online, and due to their no-refund policy, I couldn’t get my money back even though I chose not to stay.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. If I could rate it, it would be 0/100. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Türen sehr dünn und haben unten teilweise 10mm Luft, mann hört alles durch. Die Nächte waren eine Katastrophe. Leute schreien im Gang herum trotz 2 mal Rezeption angerufen wurde es nicht besser. Mitten in der Nacht wurden Sachen herum geschoben und immer wieder Lärm. War im 2 Stock und hörte die Leute von der Lobby reden. War in vielen Hotels mit weniger Sterne und nie in solch einem schlechten Hotel in Istanbul. Einmal und nie wieder. Definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert. Parkplätze steht in der Beschreibung das diese vorhanden sind aber simd keine. Musste immer täglich einen Parkplatz suchen. Die Dusche war undicht und das wasser lief bis ins Zimmer. Aus der Dusche vom Abwassee kam permanent ein Gestank. Zimmer waren sehr klein und mit unnötigen Möbel voll.

Pros:

Останавливаемся уже в 4 раз в отеле, при проведении мероприятий в Пуллмане. Всё отлично. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Чистое свежее постельное бельё. Напор воды, чистота в номере, все хорошо. Персонал вежливый.

Cons:

Цены на меня ресторана очень сильно подняли в этом году.
