Guest Reviews
L’hôtel a beaucoup d’infrastructures différentes.
Otelin konumu merkezi olmasina ragmen etrafi kotuydu. Oto sanayi gibu bir konumda. Dolaysiyla yurumek zor.
The real value of this hotel are the polite staff.
Upon the arrival, the AC did not work properly. The front desk staff was helpful and they offered another room.
The pool service is almost non existent. On three out of four days, it was a challenge to obtain pool towels. Even when asked for assistance, the service was slow.
Comfortable stay and very nice hotel staff. I left my neck pillow and they took all the hassle to send it back to me in Jakarta. Very nice of them. Thank you!!
Nothing. Everything is good for me.
Personeel, grote kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt
The excellent service and hospitality
Nothing
Very welcoming staff, really helpful, good location and modern lobby. The Mexican bar/restaurant was good too. Amazing massage! Hugeeee beds
A little tired and dated, AC broke in our initial room was fixed and then quickly broke again. We got moved rooms but the new room wasn’t as nice unfortunately.
raňajky boli veľmi pestré, domáca tradičná kuchyňa aj výber pre ostatných, ktorí referujú kontinentálne raňajky.
nemám k pobytu žiadnu negatívnu pripomienku
Very clean, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, peaceful pool area.
Little bit far from attractions, but grab is quick and cheap so no problem.
