A személyzet segítőkész volt.

Cons:

Kívülről szép a hotel, de amint túljutottunk a recepción sokkolódtunk a folyosó állapotán/tisztaságán. A szobába beérve erős penész szag csapott meg, az ablakot nem lehetett kinyitni szellőztetni. Kíváncsiságból kipakolás előtt megnéztük az ágybemű tisztaságát, és a sok kosz folt újra sokkolt minket. Kértük, hogy cseréljék le, ezt készségesen megtette a személyzet, de az "új" ágynemű is mocskos volt. Kosz foltok voltak a falakon, a függönyön pedig gusztustalan nyomok, csak remélem, hogy nem onnan származnak, amire gondoltunk...A szőnyegen is nagy foltok voltak.
A fürdő állapota sem jobb, foltos kád (mi direkt tusolós fürdőt foglaltunk, ilyenkor már részletkérdés volt, hogy nem azt kaptuk). Koszos padló, tükör, wc...kosz mindenhol.
Összesen 15 percet töltöttünk maximum a szobában, gyorsan jeleztük a recepción, hogy mi nem maradunk itt. A menedzser kedvesen felajánlott egy másik szobájukat, de ezek után semmiképp sem szerettünk volna maradni.
