Gutes Hotel, gut eingerichtete Zimmer dem Alter des Hotel angemessen, gutes Frühstückbuffet, Spa Sauna und Schwimmbad Bereich sehr gut und gesamtes Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung der Masuren.

Super miejsce, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry serwis, szczególne dzięki dla pana Dariusza. Jedna gwiazdka mniej za dwa problemy. Wi-Fi przez pierwsze dwa dni był praktycznie niedostępny. Drugi problem to parking, żeby wjechać trzeba zadzwonić pod specjalny numer. Niestety numer nie łączy jak się dzwoni nie z polskiego numeru telefonu, więc praktycznie dla osoby tylko z zagranicznym numerem wjazd na parking jest albo niemożliwy albo bardzo trudny.

This is not a 5 star hotel, staff barely speaks English, I was told just to “google it” when asking about things, the breakfast is mediocre, spa pool is poor, needs outdoor pool, the saunas were fairly good but some of them not functioning, the facility looks nice but is inconvenient, long walk to the lobby and dining, the gym was nice but far away and difficult to find, there was a nice bar with pool a d bowling which the kids liked. Overall, not a five star hotel, obviously wants to be with large buildings, good location on the lake with great views but lack better service and better trained staff

Pros:

It was on a beautiful lake with a view of the entire town. Rooms were upscale. The pool and jacuzzi area was fantastic, food excellent and the staff very helpful.

L'atmosfera in generale e personale molto gentile.
È stato un soggiorno gradevole, compreso di parcheggio per l’auto. Personale gentile e accogliente. Ottima prima colazione.
Piscina forse un po' piccola,comunque mai affollata. Zona saune comoda e pulitissima

Świetny nowoczesny hotel doskonale polozony. Piekny widok z okna, mily basen i taras sloneczny. Rzadko kiedy nie mam sie do czego przyczepić, a tutaj nie znajduję minusów;-)

Piękny hotel nz cudownym widokiem na jezioro. Cześć noclegowa na wyspie, gdzie z każdego okna można obserwować piękne widoki. Restauracje z widokiem na wodę, aż szkoda, że nie było na tyle ciepło by wypić kawkę na zewnątrz. Jedyny minus, że po południu otwarta jest jedynie restauracja i nie można nic zamówić np. do gry w bilarda czy kręgle. Powinny być dostępne przekąski do zamówienia przy barze.
Pokoje czyste i eleganckie. Strefa basenowa w rzeczywistości mniejsza niż na zdjęciach, jednak strefa saun i relaksu rekompensuje wszystko. Polecam

A very good stay but.....
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was first class, with three exceptions. it was disappointing to have to pay for parking. I wish they'd just had a slightly higher room price and included it.
Secondly, we had two dinners in the restaurant on the island. The ambiance was lovely but the food was not very hot on either occasion, on the first night, we were given everything for bread, plate, knife, oils and vinegar before our dinner but forgot the bread. When our starters arrived the items mentioned were hastily whipped away. On the second night, my starter had one of the most important ingredients missing, very disappointing as it was quite expensive.
Thirdly, it was amusing afterwards but there were strong rules about the spa which was a naked area where no children were allowed. Fair enough, being English I just abided by the rules and got on with it. On my way to the steam room from the sauna wearing nothing but my wedding ring and a smile I encountered a clothed lady with her also clothed, no more than 13 year old daughter. I thought the staff could have pointed out the rules more effectively
apart form that, we had a lovely room, the staff and services was good and the breakfasts were first class.
