Nothing extraordinary

Cons:

This is important.

There were consistent loud thuds and noises from above.
There was an event down the street. I could clearly loudly hear the whole thing!
The staffs were vacuuming at 9.30+ am!!!
I was supposed to check in only at 12.
It was supposed to be a restful stay.
I doubt if i had rest.

Good location, but cockroaches, no windows nor working A/C
Pros:

The location close to the shopping mall is very convenient and there are streets with a huge variety of food around, just at walking distance.
The hotel provides dispenser for drinking water, which is really positive and welcome.

Cons:

The room, especially the toilet had several small cockroaches, which started to increase in number (and size) the second day. They were around the bathroom and then started to come into the room.
The room has no window at all and the air conditioning turns on, but doesn't cool the room at all, so it was always boiling.
I didn't report the insects as I was just killing them the first day, and I was leaving the second day, when they increased, so I just reported on my way out of the hotel.
No hand wash soap, you have to step into the shower to get some soap when you use the sink.
Furniture needs a bit of touch and care.

Good Value For Money
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. There is a filtered water dispenser in the corridor. Staff are friendly and helpful - I had an issue with my WiFi and they did all they could to assist me - they even sent an engineer to check the router. Good value for money!

location close to eatery or tp mall

Cons:

Noise from hallway other rooms, even in middle of the night. Multiple nights. Room was open at check in.

Do not stay here if you enjoy your rest. Hard beds
