We truly appreciated the warm welcome, the comfortable and clean room, and the thoughtful amenities like the complimentary drinks and attentive staff support via WhatsApp.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by the burst water pipe on the evening of our stay. While we understand that such incidents are beyond your control, the alternative accommodation provided did not meet the standards we had expected. The room had visible mold, was generally run-down, and lacked basic amenities such as a functioning hairdryer. Additionally, the bed was a cot rather than the double bed we had booked, and the earlier checkout time disrupted our plans. What disappointed us the most is that this feedback was shared by email after our feedback was requested and we did not receive any response whatsoever.
