Pros:

El personal perfecto (atendieron todas nuestras peticiones), poder disponer de una cafetera para tomar café a primera hora de la mañana todo un detalle, además de la botellas de agua y refresco en las habitaciones.

Cons:

El problema que tuvimos con el parking debido a que teníamos la aplicación TelPark, tardamos un tiempo precioso en solucionarlo, pasando de los dos días que nos ofrecía la rebaja del la estancia en el hotel. Esperamos que lo solucionen para los próximos clientes.

Pros:

Rapport qualité prix imbattable, prise en charge en dehors des heures d’accueil au top et relationnel avec le personnel optimal. L’accès à une salle dédiée au petit déjeuner avec possibilité de se faire café, thé et infusion en toute autonomie et à toute heure est un vrai plus !

Cons:

La literie est moyenne, c’est dommage.

Pros:

The location is fantastic! Lots of restaurants to sample within a short walking distance. Excellent local cafes in the morning. Very easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The room is quite a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. One side of the double bed is right against one wall and not much space on the other side. Perfectly adequate, just not that spacious.

Pros:

Ubicación EXCELENTE. Apenas 5' caminando de la Playa de la Concha y del centro/casco historico de SS. Parking centrico y privado a disposicion del cliente con descuento. MUY recomendable. Tercera vez que vamos a este Hotel. Practicamente en segunda linea de playa Zurriola.

Cons:

Si tuviera que poner un pero simplemente seria el no disponer de Servicio de Desayuno, Comida o Cena. Algo en nuestro caso totalmente irrelevente. Si dispone de cortesia de maquinas de Cafe y Te. Asi como microondas y hervidor de agua.

The receptionist was efficient, friendly, helpful and accommodating, and spoke excellent English. The hotel decor was modern and interesting, the bedroom clean and sunny with a lovely little balcony looking out onto the street. Well located near the beach and the city centre, yet quiet at night with no drunken revellers downstairs. The all-day water, coffee and tea station was a nice touch, especially when leaving early in the morning.
