Very disappointed and won't be back.
Pros:

1. The waitress that looked after me at breakfast both days was exceptional. Very thorough and lovely to deal with.
2. I liked the design of the bathroom. It was well thought out and provided ample space.

Cons:

1. The breakfast was overcharged then only corrected because I refused to pay $39 per day when it was quoted as $25 if I booked it in advance.... it wasn't booked, waitress didn't know about my booking...
2. The air conditioner was ineffective and not good enough for this level of hotel - froze first night
3. The pillows were 4 x large, too big to be comfortable
4. Fridge leaked
5. Room service overpriced especially $6 for delivery - what does room service mean if it's not delivered?
6. Requested a tax invoice on Sunday at checkout. No invoice by Thursday pm. Had to follow up only to be told to go to Booking.com who state that the property is responsible for it.
7. My pre-arranged late check out at 12 noon Sunday was not booked in and I got a rude phone call at 11.35am informing me my room key no longer worked. That's disgusting treatment of a paying, well-mannered guest. I should have known that since nothing else was listened to that this wouldn't be in place either.
8. Staff do not listen, need lessons in communicating and listening to the guest before cutting us off (4 separate incidents)

We stayed overnight for a party we were attending at the hotel. Perfect for us
Pros:

King bed was comfortable and good pillows. Still a lot of hallway noise with people just letting doors slam shut. Rocks the foundations at times. So would recommend reviewing the auto door closure to see if it can be slowed down. Can hear voices in hallway very easily. But it was quiet through the night

Cons:

It must be the air conditioner but it drones very loudly above the bed. Took quite a bit to get used to. But that happens everywhere. Room gets too stuffy if you turn it off

Excellent stay!
Pros:

- Location is not the best but manageable
- It doesn't have a huge designer lobby

But what it has is excellent staff, quick service, large very well-appointed rooms (no street noise) and everything else that will make your stay seamless and enjoyable.

Great stay, will look to stay again.
Pros:

It was great, constructions going on nearby but could not hear them. Room was dark for morning sleep ins. it was great. Very central to everything.

Cons:

Cleaners kept taking the extra key left in the key slot. Key could have been left on the study table. I now do understand that they probably are required to take keys out when leaving the room, but they could've left our spare key on the table.
