I stayed here for the F1 race because the prices were much more reasonable than most places. It was about an hour walk each way in nice warm weather. Probably quicker than getting a taxi in the evenings due to the amount of traffic in the area. The room was beautiful, I was very impressed with the room, the hotel and the staff. I was told breakfast was included and would be delivered to my room if I requested but unfortunately I didn’t get to try it out. The front entrance is somewhat underwhelming compared to the rest of the property. Areej was exceptionally helpful upon checkout. Traffic was a little noisy in the evenings but it was easy to ignore. This is Jeddah, traffic noise is likely to be the same everywhere because they live to beep their horn! I emailed the hotel prior to my stay to ensure I would be ok to arrive at 4am and had an instant response to tell me this would not be a problem. Overall I would definitely revisit, this property was perfect for me.

Check in was pathetic , staff member ZAINAB was absolutely clueless and had no idea how to check in a client . Unacceptable check in service. Very unprofessional from the reception desk staff .

It was a nice stay as i always like to choose Boudl because of the price and quality, however my main concerns are that the WIF is not that strong also the AC’s are very lowd

No restaurant, no breakfast, no valet or concierge, rooms with windows AC that makes noise, coffee and vanity products are awful. Only advantage is location to airport

Took them 13 hours to fix the TV and ended up by replacing the room at 1am cause they dont have a replacement TV
Stayed for 2 Nights and house keeping didnt clean the room
Room was extremely noisy even when ACs were off
2md night the parking was full and parked my car on the street away from the hotel

Jeddah is not a tourist city. Hotel located on main street - nothing interesting around aside from small shops and small restaurants. So it's a place to sleep. Rooms are large, but old and not very well maintained. Kitchen with tow plates and a few other utensils - good for eating something you bought, but not for cooking.

We found insects inside the bed cover ! Bathroom was not well maintained

My stay was short and we found this hotel average, Staff not very professional.

For the price, this hotel was a dive. But, everything in Jeddah is below standards for the money. This one was rated a 4 star. I would give a 2 star. But, for the price, maybe give it a 1 star. The breakfast was worthless. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The only average was the wifi. The bathroom smelled of urine.

This Is By Far The Worst Stay i Had any where in the world for the past 20 years ...

- Left to carry my luggage all the way to my room
- Didn't answer my email a week before arrival to pick me up from Airport
- Wter Heater in Shower Not Working
- internet wifi was lousy , disconnecting all the time especialy in the room
- Breakfast was so cheap and nothing was there , even water is chargable , no juice nothing of pastries
- Insisted to collect room charge , even when told that already money was kept aside and charged by hotels.com
- No Room Service
- Iron was not working
