Very good reception I like to thank the lady in reception I did not ask about her name she was good and helpfull and one guy in the evening shift he is very good

L'hotel ha le caratteristiche e le dotazioni delle strutture che costano di più. Sicuramente consigliato sotto ogni aspetto eccetto il ristorante, che sconsigliamo.

انصح فيه بشده سعره اكثر من رائع بالنسبه لمستوى شقه من ثلاث غرف وصاله ومطبخ كامل فعلا كان ٥ نجوم بجانب المطاعم والاسواق الشعبيه ٤٠ دينار بالليله

Housekeeping staff very noisy
Pros:

This not a hotel, it's like suites only.

Very noisy from housekeeper at morning time, and at night from family's guest.

Plus the price is not responsible

I don't recommend it for all.

Be carful dont pay for more than one day i booked tow night and my reservation its not non refundable and i checked out early one day and they sayed we cant refund your money !!

hotels.com was the mean reason for such confusion

I did not stay due to hotels.com mess up my reservation, though I had a confirmation the hotel was not informed and I had to look for another hotel in other city... It was a terrible experience....
