Best choice for Main Street
Pros:

Every staff member was super nice and friendly. I really love the atmosphere and the historic hotel vibe. The location is perfect for walking around Main Street. There's a "speakeasy" bar in the basement, which was nice, we stayed there a few minutes and then took our drinks to the upstairs bar to listen to the piano. The restaurant food looked and smelled delicious, although we didn't eat there.

Cons:

The elevator almost gave me a heart attack a couple of times- it "jumped" suddenly before it went on its way. Some old building stuff that can't be avoided - loud plumbing and tiny bathrooms (TINY!).

Pros:

The location was centrally located. It was cute and clean. The front hotel balcony was a nice view. Staff very good. Clean and quaint.

Cons:

Parking was a challenge for loading and unloading the car. No am staff to help. No outside windows.

Overall I enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Check in was a easy, used a gift card. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The sheets had a heavy bleach smell. The shampoo, conditioner and other product in the shower should be labeled. Could have used more hand towels in the room.

Bed was super comfortable

No tables/space to set up suitcases - room was a little small. Bathroom did not have enough counter space for toiletries for two, but we made it work.

The room was very, very cramped/small, my car is bigger. The music/band was WAY too loud and played WAY too late.

Wonderful old hotel
Pros:

We loved the old hotel. They have managed to keep it authentic while making it comfortable and cozy. The rooms are small but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The restaurant was excellent - you need reservations because it is popular. The location in town center is great.

A nice getaway
Pros:

Our whole floor was very quiet. The room was cute and staff were very friendly. Our dinner in the restaurant downstairs was really tasty and a great value for what we were served. I appreciated that the room had a ceiling fan because the day was 100 degrees, so the A/C and fan kept us cool.

Cons:

The TV wasn’t the best, and the mattress and bed were hard and rickety.
