Hadde booket Premium leilighet og i bekreftelsen fra booking sto det De/Lux leilighet. Fikk kun Standard leilighet. Veldig misvisende og skuffende da jeg skulle feire rund dag der.

Mange trapper og mye venting på heis. Måtte bære koffertene mange trapper ned og opp pga feil informasjon fra resepsjonen da vi kom.

Heisen var kjempeskummel, heldigvis gikk det an å gå trapper ca 7 etg 🤣🤣

Génial on reviendra sûrement une 3 eme fois
Pros:

Le confort de l’appartement est vraiment agréable ! Le point vraiment positif ( et c’est pour ça que c’est notre deuxième séjour) c’est la nourriture est vraiment très très bonne ! Quand à la plage d’Almadores elle est à 10 min à pied en descente ( avec jolie vue tout le trajet) et 4€ de taxis pour remonter ! Le personnel est toujours agréable !

Cons:

Le manque de café frappé( je suis une accro) et le fait qu’on ne peu pas arriver en avance même avec un supplément ( sûrement pas de leur faute)

Vistas increíbles y buena comida
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, con unas vistas espectaculares al mar. Todos los apartamentos cuentan con terraza y vistas, lo que permite disfrutar del entorno y de unos paisajes increíbles. Cuentan con una guagua gratuita que te lleva a la playa de Puerto Rico y de Amadores lo que facilita muchísimo que puedas salir y disfrutar del entorno fuera del alojamiento.

Durante el día hay una gran variedad de actividades tanto para niños como para adultos, por lo que es un lugar ideal para disfrutar en familia. Además, dispone de dos piscinas y una amplia zona de hamacas donde relajarse y tomar el sol.

Los apartamentos están equipados con cocina completa y aire acondicionado. En nuestro caso, no llegamos a utilizar la cocina, ya que la comida del restaurante nos pareció excelente, con productos de gran calidad y una oferta muy buena. Por ello, recomiendo especialmente elegir la opción de todo incluido.

En definitiva, una estancia muy recomendable para disfrutar del mar, relajarse y pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia. Volveremos!

No hay nada negativo. Como recomendación, conviene tener en cuenta que el acceso a algunos apartamentos se realiza por escaleras. Por ello, si tienes dificultades de movilidad, es aconsejable contactar previamente con el hotel para solicitar un apartamento de fácil acceso, ya que, debido a la distribución y características del edificio, no todos cuentan con las mismas facilidades para acceder.

Nefasto e incómodo

El aparcamiento

Cons:

El servicio de recepción de noche (era un chico jovencito)no nos solucionó ciertas incomodidades que tuvimos a la llegada ,no nos mejoró nada.
El servicio de limpieza,se metió a limpiar cristales etc...antes de que nos fuéramos.
Los vecinos de otras habitaciones saltaban a nuestra terraza durante prácticamente toda la noche y nadie llamó la atención
Después de llamar y hablar con recepción varias veces
El servicio de restaurante nos quitaba todo el rato los platos ,vasos ...sin terminar '' parecía que tenían prisa''

Abbiamo trovato capelli per terra per il pavimento appena arrivati, in generale la pulizia diciamo non era delle migliori. Struttura molto in pendenza e ascensore lento
