Pros:

Det var väldigt hjälpsamma i receptionen. Fin pool, rum och utsikt.

Cons:

Det var VÄLDIGT kallt på rummet. Maten var kall på frukost och middag, ledde till atten av oss blev matförgiftad… Det var duvor i köket. Dricka ingick inte till middagen..

Un 3 étoile correct mais qui demanderait plus d’attention
Pros:

la grande terrasse liée à l’appartement,avec table,chaises et 2 transats ,ainsi que la vue;
De même super grande terrasse du restaurant ;piscines chauffées à 27 degrés;
Un peu de verdure à l’intérieur de l’hôtel au du qu’au pourtour des piscines

Cons:

la propreté de l’appartement laissait à désirer:ménage très superficielle tant dans la chambre,le salon mais aussi dans la salle de bain ;
pour le resto :pas de la grande cuisine et pas trop de renouvellement des mets;

Great stay and we are deffo coming back!
Pros:

The location of the room, the ocean view, the heated pools and most of all FOOD. Oh my god, that completely exceeded our expectations! Big thanks to the head chef! Unfortunately, our food experience in various hotels in Gran Canaria was poor: similar food, low quality, poor protein/meat options, excessive use of awful vegetable oil. However at Altamar we were very pleasantly surprised by not only the available range of foods and meats, but by the quality of produce and the taste, which for once was great. If that terrible oil was used, it was not in the quantities we experienced. The server staff should be mentioned as well, who were very helpful and super efficient! So we are definitely coming back and are super grateful to everyone in Altamar Restaurant and back kitchen Thank you!

Cons:

The only drawback we would mention is the cleanliness of the room and the overall cleaning service. It was not terrible, but leaves a bit more to desire. Whilst the bed linen and the towels were clean, the floors in the bathroom and in the room were not really. The daily cleaning apparently did not include the floor sweeping either, which would have been handy. The bathroom itself was not great, with shower doors not closing properly, the shower basin was leaking and the shower and hand gels having been thinned/diluted with water, especially the shower gel.

However for the 5 nights that we stayed there and with the "redemption" in the restaurant and with idyllic ocean views from the bedroom, we could live with the above easily :-)

Pros:

Dejlig udsigt, og super dejlig stor altan, med sol stole. Dejligt med bus ned til byen. Kunne være ekstra godt, hvis den kunne kører tilbage om aftenen ved 21 tiden. Der er nemlig næsten altid kø ved taxaerne i byen sidst på aftenen.

Cons:

Man bor meget tæt på naboerne, så meget støj. Også støj fra arrangementer på hotellet, og især for de andre store hoteller i nærheden. Personligt kunne jeg ikke lide og kører i elevatoren alene.
Rigtig mange trapper, så man skulle kunne gå på trapper, og bære kufferter 🧳 på trapperne. Vi havde ingen problemer med det, men kunne se ældre mennesker havde problemer med det.

Das Hotel hat Potential, aber ...

Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist phänomenal! Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und auch die Pools sind prima. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wirklich um seine Gäste bemüht. Im Restaurant ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, die Auswahl am Buffet war absolut zufrieden stellend! Es gibt einen eingezäunten Kunstrasenplatz, auf dem die Kinder sicher spielen und toben können. Das kostenfreie Bus Shuttle haben wir fast täglich genutzt.

Cons:

Wir waren von unserem Zimmer B021 leider enttäuscht. Es ist noch alles zweckmäßig zu benutzen, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere das kleine Sofa, welches bei uns als Bett für die dritte Person genutzt werden musste, war sehr unbequem. Bis 22 Uhr wird man vom Entertainmentprogramm des gegenüber liegenden Hotels massiv beschallt. Diese Lautstärke war sowohl für den Schlaf unseres Kleinkinds als auch für das Genießen der schönen großen Terrasse in den Abendstunden sehr unangenehm. Der Kletterturm mit Rutsche ist desolat und sollte dringend erneuert werden.
