اللي ما عجبني أخذنا غرفة وصاله ع الشارع والله ما قدرت انام صوت التفحيط والبوري والسياره اخر الليل صراحه ازعجنا كثيرا من عدم الراحه الفندق أخذنا للراحه لكن للأسف عندكم العازل سيئ جداااااااااا وهذه سلبية كبيره والا الان تطور في كل شيي في عوازل ضد الأصوات المزعجه لازم تركبونها اذا تبون راحه العملاااااء ارجو النظر في هذا وشكرا لكم

Breakfast could not be taken, as it was not ready at the time of departure from the accommodation at 06:15 AM.

Cons:

The reception staff require additional training in customer service and guest handling. During our visit, we were asked to wait; however, the reception team continued assisting other customers who arrived after us while our request remained unattended.

We observed a lack of proper queue management and customer attention, which resulted in an unsatisfactory experience. We kindly recommend providing further training to the reception team to improve customer care, communication, and service efficiency.

سئ واثاث متهالك للاسف تجربه فاشله لن اكررها

الغرف اثاثها متهالك والارضيات الغرف البورسلان كله مكسر بالاضافه الي ضيق الحمامات وقرب الافرنجي من الشور بحيث ان كبار السن يمكن عليهم خطر بالوقوع وصوت مراوح الحمام مثل الهيولوكبتر
بالاضافه الي ضعف التكيف بالامانه لايستحق اي نجمه وسئ للغايه لاانصح فيه
