Fantastic location
Pros:

The location is amazing and the room was fantastic.

Cons:

The bed was a king size which is fantastic but the sheets clearly weren't big enough to tuck under the mattress, as soon as you rolled over once the bottom sheet would move and you ended up sleeping on the mattress protector so they either need to use fitted sheets or larger flat sheets that actually tuck in under the mattress.

Booked late our bedding arrangements couldn't be done but they let us book 2 singles one king but was 2 kings when we arrived but good and clean 3.5

I would stay here again
Pros:

Location was perfect for a walk in the morning on Eastern Beach, Room was very tidy, The bed in the main room was very comfortable. A little riff raff outside in the alley way with police attendance, was entertaining.

Cons:

The bed in the second room was tired and sagged in both King Beds, the mattress protector was too small and did not stay in place overnight, kept moving down and bunching up. The glass doors and balcony glass needs a good scrub, someone had left a broom outside on the balcony, so I started sweeping the cobwebs. Maybe a scheduled quarterly spring clean would do it good.
