La ubicación del hotel es ideal. Y la vista que tiene al lago es increíble. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, muy agradable, con una muy buena atención del personal. La salida que tiene al lago es muy bonita y tranquila también.

Muy buena la ubicación del hotel y su vista

Cons:

Llegue el 15 y me quedé hasta el 17 de ahí me fui hasta San Martin de los andes volví el día 20 a el hotel a eso de las 19 mas o menos con ganas de quedarme 2 noches más y no me lo permitieron por qué no estaba la persona que aceptaba los dólares, una cargada! Me van a decir que no tienen alguna máquina para verificar la moneda? Un desastre
Ese mismo día nos fuimos a un hotel a pocos metros de ahí y nos aceptaron los dólares sin ningún problema
Así debería funcionar, personal capacitado para eso a toda hora

Una noche con vista al lago
Pros:

La ubicación , proximo al centro de la ciudad, de fácil acceso y sobre la costanera del lago Nahuel Huapi. Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

El recibimiento fue pésimo, no tenían la reserva en sistema, Me pidieron de malos modos que mostrara un mail de confirmacion para asi poder realizar el checking. La habitación no estaba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza. No me entregaron factura por mi estadía , la solicité por mensaje después y tampoco la enviaron.

Un lugar mágico para recordarlo
Pros:

Es un sitio absolutamente mágico. Está ubicado en la misma orilla del lago Nahuel huapi....si uno no se relaja allí no lo hará en ningún lugar....
El personal en general es muy amable y te hace sentir cómodo .
Es un lugar donde me gustaría volver.

Cons:

En general no se me ocurre nada..
Quizá un horario más amplio para el restaurante Pero es cierto que hay muchos sitios para comer muy cerca.

Pros:

Excelente desde que llegamos. Muy cerca del centro. Por la cantidad de gente del feriado largo optamos por movernos al centro siempre en uber, y dejar el auto en el estacionamiento del hotel. De las mejores desiciones. Lo más destacable son las dimensiones de los espacios interiores todos con vista al lago. Por si el clima no acompaña. La pileta muy linda con terraza para tomar sol. Super conformes. Y demás agradecidos con la atención del Gerente Gustavo. Vamos a recomendar y volver seguro!

"Estadía cálida y excelente servicio"
Pros:

Todo fue excelente. El ambiente muy cálido y acogedor, lo que hizo que la estadía fuera muy agradable. Destaco especialmente el buen trato del personal, siempre amables y atentos. Además, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. El desayuno fue espectacular, muy variado y de excelente calidad.

Cons:

No tengo observaciones negativas, la experiencia fue muy positiva en todos los aspectos.

Pros:

La posición del hotel, la vista al lago es única, la habitación con las camas espectaculares.
La atención es muy buena.
La pileta es climatizada y muy linda.

Cons:

Faltaban accesorios en el baño, por ejemplo, un secador, algún trapo de piso, el cepillo para limpiar el inodoro.
Televisor muy viejo, podrían cambiarlo.
El bar tiene muy poca variedad y se queda sin bebidas básicas. (García, fernet, etc)
