Great value over all!
Pros:

Beautiful view from our room , lobby , and dining area
Augustine at front desk was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.
Location was very convenient to places we wanted to see.
Parking was convenient

Cons:

Our room temperature was comfortable until the last night when it was pretty warm and no breeze from the window. A fan may have helped.
The food was ok but we might have liked some hot food for breakfast,

Excelente estadía

La habitación en la que hospedé los 4 días en los que estuve tenía vista al lago así que era muy linda , estuve con mi bebé de 4 meses y había ascensor para moverse con el cochecito al igual que escaleras , pero solo en la
Entrada , después tenía rampas , el primer día en el baño caía agua , pero después ya no . El desayuno no había mucha variedad pero dentro de todo está rico , una noche cenamos ahí y estaba muy rico , no usamos la piscina , y caminar por alrededor del hotel también estuvo bueno y también tienen estacionamiento adentro y afuera .

No vuelvo.

La vistas al lago

Cons:

Que no te permitan entrar el vehículo al estacionamiento que si tienen al costado y tener que estacionar en la vereda.
Tampoco me gustó que 2 noches me dijeron que el salón comedor estaba lleno, no habia “turno” para ep horario de 21:30 y que no podía cenar ahí, baje hasta el comedor y había 36 mesas vacías. Unos mentirosos.
La ducha tenia el duchador roto, se salía y había que acomodarlo.
El día que me retiré, me cobraron algo de una cena de mas porque se habían confundido y anotaron de menos.
CONCLUCION: NO VUELVO NI BORRACHO.

Excelente las instalaciones, muy cómodo, ideal la piscina si queres relajarte una tarde. Me pareció muy bueno que tenga música tanto el hall como el resto de los sectores comunes,no lo había vivido en otros hoteles.Muy buena atención del personal.

El desayuno es variado pero podrían incluir huevos revueltos o hervidos, sumaría mucho más ya que acompañaría un desayuno completo y saludable.

Hicimos la reserva por este medio y resulta que al momento de pagar, nos cobran más dinero de lo que indicaba la aplicación, el joven que nos atendió explica de forma incoherente y poco clara por qué cobraban más, indicando que el correo de confirmación lo decía, se lo mostramos y no supo responder porque no lo mostraba como nos decía

La ubicación es excelente, está ubicado al borde mismo de lago Nahuel Huapi, las vistas del desayuno y de los lugares de estar dan al lago, literalmente bajás unas escaleras y estás en el lago donde podés hacer contacto, también la comodidad es bastante buena
