Bueno pero caluroso
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, sauna pequeño pero
bueno, piscina temperada, buen desayuno, personal amable.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado, en días de calor es muy incómodo estar en el hotel, algunos bichitos en la habitación lo cual fue solucionado al día siguiente.

Buen lugar bien ubicado bien el servicio y personal
Pros:

la habitación que nos dieron era para 3 porque la de 2 tenia escalones y fui con mi madre que es una anciana de 87 años que tiene movilidad reducida. Yo compre con vista al lago y la de 2 era mas pequeña.

Cons:

no se puede acceder por rampa para personas con poca movilidad o reducida completamente y los escalones son un problema al subir las valijas desde el estacionamiento. Tampoco se puede acceder a la piscina porque hay muchos escalones ni al jardin por ningun lado. Tampoco hay personal para ayudar a los huéspedes a subir y bajar el equipaje y hay que pedir asistencia al conserje que va el mismo como "favor". Si el hotel no tiene rampa deberían adjudicar un personal para recibir a los huéspedes con mas comodidad.

Bastante buena la estadia
Pros:

La vista del hotel es maravillosa, súper cerca del centro, todo el personal muy amable, en general quedamos muy conformes. Bastante bueno.

Cons:

Creo que podría haber variación en algunos agregados o preparaciones del desayuno, ya que estuvimos varios días y siempre lo mismo…
Y lo Segundo sería ideal que tuvieran alguna sala con juegos para niños, ya que habían muchos y todos jugaban en las escaleras o ramplas de maletas para entretenerse…
Y mejoras en acceso al lago, creo que se le puede sacar mucho provecho.
son ideas porque en general muy bueno.
