Mediocre hotel running under the Best Western Name.
Pros:

There was very ample parking. There was a very nice stray cat outside that the hotel takes care of. He was quite friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was abysmal to the point that it might as well not have been offered. There were not a lot of services in the nearby area either which made looking for food options challenging. Overall, the price for what was received was too high.

Pros:

Nice find and very clean. Comfortable beds, spacious room and friendly staff. Will be adding this to good hotels to stay in again when traveling across the country. It looks like it's in the boondocks but it's only one mile from the main highway. Great stay overall.

Very clean and staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

The place is in the middle of nowhere. What they offered for breakfast was a great disappointment. Then there is no close restaurant to even get a good breakfast.
Our microwave and refrigerator was not working.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Pros: I don’t usually select the budget category of motels but this didn’t disappoint. Rooms were well appointed and reasonably large. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and linens in good shape. HVAC worked well. Room was quiet. Microwave and fridge a plus. Price reasonable. Conveniently located close to but not on the interstate. Good choice between the hotels in Mt Vernon and Marion.

Cons: Some of the lights didn’t work but still enough to see. Drain plug in sink broken. Breakfast is included but minimal. No hairdryer. Driveway is very difficult to see at night.

Motel is about 5 miles from restaurants in Benton but some in Whittington (Burton’s pies
are supposed to be great.)

I would choose this motel again if in the area.
