Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviewers repeatedly note rooms as 'very clean' and 'clean, comfortable bed'; a few isolated issues (musty odor in one review, uneven toilet) slightly temper an otherwise very positive cleanliness impression.
Service
9.8
Staff consistently described as friendly, helpful and polite; front desk resolved a key issue quickly and several guests said they would stay again because of the service.
Location
8
Mixed comments: convenient to the highway (one mile) but described as 'middle of nowhere' with limited nearby food/services, making location functional but not ideal for dining options.
Room Quality
8.6
Beds and rooms described as comfortable and spacious by multiple guests; isolated negatives include an uneven toilet, a musty odor reported by one guest and one report of microwave/refrigerator not working.
Amenities
8
Useful amenities like microwave, fridge and ample parking are noted positively, though occasional equipment failures and limited on-site services were reported.
Value for Money
8.5
Several guests call it 'good value' or 'decent place for a quick stay,' though at least one guest felt the price was high for the breakfast and limited local services.
Food and Beverage
5.8
Consistently criticized: breakfast described as disappointing, very limited selection (bagels, yogurt, donuts), guests wanted hot options like bacon & eggs; multiple mentions lowered this category.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall positive impressions with many guests saying they'd stay again, calling it a 'keeper' or 'pleasant stay'—service and cleanliness drive strong overall satisfaction despite weak breakfast offerings and some location/service caveats.

Excellent stay
Pros:

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We were only there overnight but we interacted with about 4 staff members and they were very helpful and friendly. A big plus having a microwave and fridge.

Cons:

The only issue is that the toilet is uneven.

Clean, friendly service and will probably stay there again.
Pros:

It was very clean. Front desk service was great. Are key didn’t work and we were quickly moved to a different room and didn’t have to wait in the heat for the problem to be fixed.

Cons:

I would have loved a hot breakfast instead of yogurt and donuts but what was served was good.

Mediocre hotel running under the Best Western Name.
Pros:

There was very ample parking. There was a very nice stray cat outside that the hotel takes care of. He was quite friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was abysmal to the point that it might as well not have been offered. There were not a lot of services in the nearby area either which made looking for food options challenging. Overall, the price for what was received was too high.
