O design do apartamento é muito bom, amplo, confortável, arejado. O café é maravilhoso, com boa variedade de frutas, bolos e pães. Pão de queijo gostoso com fartura kkk sucos variados e cappuccino 🤩
Perto de shopping, supermercado, ônibus conexão para o aeroporto e do mercado central, tudo andando.

Cons:

Falta uma rampa de acesso na entrada da recepção, apenas isso.

Cons:

Limpeza do banheiro e estrutura em geral. Apartamento necessita de ser modernizado. Recepção e elevadores modernos, porém, a estrutura interna não condiz. Banheiro com sujeiras acumuladas, mosquitinhos típicos de lugar sujo.
