Excelente experiencia en el hotel, sin duda volveríamos.

Todo excelente!
La atención muy buena. Rodrigo y los demás chicos de la recepción muy amables, atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema y eso lo valoramos mucho en nuestras estancias.

Pondría mas secadores de cabello
Ruido intenso en la noche. Nuestra habitación quedaba orientada hacia el lago y la calle, por lo cual era esperable. Solucionable totalmente con tapones
El precio era mas alto cuando viaje, porque era temporada alta, pero como siempre en booking hay que considerar que se puede pagar hasta 15 mil pesos chilenos mas segun la variación del dolar desde el dia que se hizo la reserva

Desayuno y ubicación

Cons:

La limpieza era poco prolija, cama no apta para descansar, colchón y almohadas duras y pequeñas, sólo tenía una almohada pequeña por cama. Además, una persona atendía en recepción, por lo que tenías que esperar mucho para que te atendieran. Estacionamiento insuficiente.
Finalmente, en la habitación se escuchaba el ruido del pasillo y el de las habitaciones del lado.
