The location of the hotel was very convenient and suited my travel plans perfectly. It was easy to get around the city from here.
Unfortunately, the room condition was disappointing. It had a strong, unpleasant musty smell. Despite reporting the issue and requesting a room change, the problem was not resolved.
It used to be better
The room didnt smell nice at all. The floor was damaged. Not sure because they are overload but still wanted guests so we were placed on 20th floor. We worked in the room with the plate of fruit on the table and couldnt stand the smell of the room.
Breakfast was really good.rooms are quiet specious and comfortable.
location is far away from old quarter.so every time you have to car.

For just 2hrs I had to pay the stay charges of 30%, secondly I was not informed that the water and Beer in the Mini Bar was chargeable at least had to keep a note in Mini Bar with the price menu or a challan of used water, cold drink and beer used which can be attached by the bill so we can verify.
Nhân viên trực đêm và phục vụ đồ ăn ở đây ko được học giao tiếp thì phải. Lễ tân cho đến phục vụ ăn sáng kém. Đồ đang để trên bàn muốn bê đi thì phải biết nói, bê ngay trước mặt khách ko nói gì cứ thế là bê đi.

Zimmer sind ok, Bad war renovierungsbedürftig, Rollo am Fenster zwischen Zimmer und Klo konnt nicht komplett geschlossen werden - es gab also immer einen Blick Richtung Klo.
Pool war geschlossen, eine Restaurant-Etage war komplett in Renovierung.
Frühstück war gut.
Die Damen beim Spa konnten nicht Englisch sprechen, somit war die Kommunikation schwierig. Qualität der Massage war bei meiner Partnerin und mir sehr unterschiedlich. Die Räumlichkeiten waren renovierungsbedürftig und hatten weniger Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Wenig Aktivitäten in der Nähe, kaum Restaurants, außer Streetfood
