Not clean at all and a lot of insects

Basic backpacker style hotel, rite in the heat of party town... clean and tidy enough, but not super comfortable... ok for a one night crash pad

Stained sheets and towels.

No internet connection for each room.

Please treat this comment as information: I wish I knew before I booked

This hotel is not suitable for someone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful sleep at night. It is next to the bars and clubs. Nights can be very noisy and uncomfortable.
If you are looking for a party place and don't mind a noisy neighbourhood then it is perfect.
Location of the hotel is good, close to many restaurants(budget/local) and malls
Rates are cheap.
Rooms are okay for the price.

Things that are not good
Internet signals were not reaching in my room
TV had only 2 English channels and the sound of those channels dropped after two days.
TV screen smaller than my "laptop"
Congested room

我常出國也都走背包客 真的第一次住到整晚都睡不安穩的飯店 甚至要戴口罩睡覺

There's rat run beside the staircase..We have booked 2 standard rooms but 2 rooms bed got bugs, old pillows, wall paint drop off..Then we request for Deluxe room but still towel got stain, shower soap bitten by rat, tissue roll not enough..Banned for this hotel, no more next time!!

We stayed over Saturday to Monday and the noise from the bar kept us awake even though we had earplugs. Wifi and breakfast were okay. Sheets were kind of dirty. We should have checked more carefully, the area wasn't what we expected: lots of bars and rats and all in all the area looked sketchy.

This is the fourth time to book in the hotel and I always requested a specific room in the GF. But seems there is a need to repaint a portion of the wall that looks not good. Towels likewise need to replace. One towel provided to me shows some holes already. The bad part of my stay this time the foot towel was unchanged and it seems used for many times since both parts looks untidy.

Room very basic with no windows which was a bit claustrophobic. Air con worked. Smelt damp but overall clean. Good that bfast was included. Staff friendly an helpful.

Not expecting much with the price paid, room is generally clean and has all the basics

I feel quite cheated by the picture. Judging from the garden picture that they put up online, people will think that it is a quiet place but actually it is surrounded by pubs. It is so noisy at night to the point that I can't sleep. The service is poor too. No housekeeping for the period of 6 night stay there at all. For breakfast, every single morning I have to wait for the staff to check with the counter if I can have the breakfast although my package include breakfast. The worst is on the last day of stay, they said I am not entitled for breakfast. They have a poor system to manage their hotel.

Everything is basic given the price level - room, comfort level, cleanliness, service. This is expected. Bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Only things unexpectedly better are the breakfast and the lady who serves breakfast. She is welcoming, helpful, polite and full of smiles. Guys in reception are cold and not client friendly.

Its actually a nice place to stay its just that the cleanliness of the room especially the bedsheet and the blanket has stain on it which makes me feel uncomfortable. The hotel management should look into this matter.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. Reason is the room was small with basic amenity. The bed was just next to the toilet. Have some kind of fear that someone might knock on your door in the night. Because of the location, not advisable for families with children. To improve on the breakfast.
