Pros:

Main lobby was closed off. Manager and family lived in office and reception space. No parking where room was placed. Attendant not thought full on accommodations. Had specific peculiar functions that should have been addressed at check in (ie shower function, heat/AC, walking distance from room, broken table, terrible security locks). I am ADA. Mattress was very hard with no pad. Frame under mattress was mismatched (shin buster). Freezer had leftover frozen alcohol in it. Molding around door was non-existent - could hear everything outside room and air temp leakage. Service personnel knocked needed medication underbed while cleaning.

Cons:

cheap, was best alternative for situation. Would not have chosen location if I was fully aware of property. Had to blast AC to drowned out Highway traffic noise.
