Stay away from this place! I’ve stayed in backpackers to luxury hotels all over the world and I reckon this place is across the board the worst! Where to start…..on check in… TV didn’t work, safe didn’t work, no wi-fi. After numerous complaints to staff that couldn’t care less. They came to my room and fixed nothing! This place is falling apart. It’s like an abandoned resort. No one is here! They told me I’d have to wait till tomorrow to change rooms. The next morning I finally “lost it” and abused the staff in front of people checking in. Finally they started organising my new room but still had to wait till 3 pm! 24 hours to get a new room which wasn’t much better. The restaurant was terrible. The first three items on the menu I tried to order they didn’t have! Had to go with a horrible beef burger. Actually sitting outside on the waterfront was pretty nice. However after an hour and multiple requests to the waiter I finally got my change for the meal. I was assuming he was hoping I would forget. Every staff member in this place doesn’t care. Service apart from a couple of people was pathetic. Breakfast was supposed to be 7.30 am. About 8.20 they started getting organised. This place is so bad it’s actually funny! The aircon in the room was like a jet taking off every time it kicked in. The area around here is just a dump. There is nothing here apart from basically a shanty town. I could write pages about this “resort”. Stay away!!!

Good option for early airport departure or late arrival. Simple accommodation recover for the next leg.

We stayed 2 nights to be close and convenient to the airport for departure. The "salt water" pool was very cloudy and unkept which was disappointing. Also there was construction on the property which was very noisy.

The place was average and needed some renovations. The room had rotted areas and no microwave, phone, iron and a remote tv. For a place in Jamaica they did not have local breakfast.

It was closest to airport for 1 night. Good price, fun restaurant. Hotel is showing its age. Would stay again .

Amazing views from top floor. Easy on-site parking. Staff was helpful. First room i got upstairs had a beautiful view, was very clean but the toilet didnt work. So i was moved to a room downstairs. Very old tub, old toilet, tiles need changing, musty as if it wasnt cleaned recently. The a c was nowhere near the bed. The sheets were itchy and the rooms had mosquitoes. I didn't want to ask to be moved again, so i stayed. Came to unwind and get some work done. Didn’t work out. No desk and chair in the room. The lady at the front desk, Tashema, was helpful & brought up a chair for me.

Never ever ever stay here. What a terrible property.

Zero amenities at or near the property.
Couldn't even buy a bottle of water in the property or nearby to drink when the restaurant closed at 10am. They did have a nasty water dispenser with paper cone cups. Distasteful is the best i could offer about this property.
The staff said I had to wait until the bar opened later.

Unfortunately we went back after the first time, because we were visiting my husband's family in Port Royal and this is the only hotel there. The grounds are beautiful but our room was not very clean. We struggled to find a outlet that worked to charge our phones. The plumbing was coming out of the walls and there was a terrible banging on the walls from work being done in the room next door! The internet also did not work regularly and the cable did not work!The hotel is very pricey for what you get! The food at the overpriced restaurant onsite was also not very good!

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! I was highly disappointed with this place. Although located in great location outside the city not far from the airport. This hotel failed to provide simple amenities. Like the bed, only had a sheet, no comforter or a blanket. The room nor the bathroom was not clean. The front desk was rude and kept us waiting for 30 minutes. Then on the first day, the kitchen for breakfast opened up late, causing a family to miss breakfast who was checking out. Then on top of everything else you couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi for the whole day.
