It was much better than the comfort inn located in rapid City. It was not clean, rude employees

Cons:

Too much light coming into the room at night. All hotels need to get black out curtains . The pillows were terrible

This property could use some refreshing in their guest rooms but the cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff made the ou
Pros:

The staff is friendly upon check in, and the room was clean. A staff member gave extra effort one morning to get the coffeemaker brewing when the breakfast server hadn’t been trained on that task yet and guests were waiting. Together they took the initiative to figure it out and get it going instead of waiting for someone else who wasn’t on shift yet.

Cons:

It’s showing some age, there was a hole in the wall of our room, the bathroom fan didn’t work, paint chipped on the walls, no stopper in the bathroom sink. Also no one cleaned the stairwells during the 3 days that we stayed.

Overall great. Just step it up on the coffee
Pros:

We were in town for a wedding. Thank you for the early check in.

Cons:

Coffee. It tasted almost like water. Get at least decent coffee. It doesn't cost that much.
Breakfast was sub par. Get in touch with Grand Prairie foods (its in Sioux Falls) and get breakfast sandwiches. Way better than some of the selections.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. Facility was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
