Great service with a personal touch!
Pros:

Breakfast here was a pleasant surprise. The food was fresh and flavorful, even for someone as picky as me. Hana, the waitress, kindly explained the local dishes and made sure I had exactly what I wanted.

U r paying for 1/2 star hotel, worst experience ever
Pros:

They rate them selves as 4 star hotel, they are worst thn 1 star. Super unhygienic
Toilets here can give u diseases
Staff is extremely impolite and always trying to earn money out of you by selling early check in room

The location was great and the room was big and spacious
Pros:

We were on the 7th floor in room 703 and I really loved the room. It was a big room and a nice bathtub. What made our stay great was the cheerful and incredibly helpful staff of the hotel. They provided advice, support for trips and transfers to the airport. The bell man staff were super friendly, he always said hello with us every time he met us.

The hotel is right in the old town, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, many activities to experience, very convenient to eat.The room is fully equipped; clean. The staff from the reception to the room service are very friendly, enthusiastic, and cute. Catherine, who works very professionally, takes care of customers thoughtfully and cheerfully.

They supported me a lot in transportation and also very enthusiastically with luggage. The bedroom is located right in a busy street but the room is designed with double-layer glass so it's still very quiet.
