Pros:

The location is very good. This is the only plus point.

Cons:

The room was booked for two adults. but the dental kit was given for onle one person.
The TV was of no use as the cable TV was not functioning. The hotel have not paid for the channels. Only free NEWS channels were available.
The staff are not very cooperative and friendly.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The stay was comfortable.

Terrible. Will not stay again.

The location.

Cons:

The furniture in the room smelled like pee. The greeting by the staff was terrible. They asked for IDs that Indian Citizens would have and I’m not an Indian citizen. They also expected the local greeting, my Hindi is limited and I don’t know the customs. They should be understanding of the fact that not all who book their hotel is going to be Indian and know the customs and not have the required IDs.

Breakfast was below average. Not much variety was there and items were also limited

Cons:

Need to improve variety and number of options in the breakfast, clean toilet seats is a prerequisite, staff and front desk staff need to be courteous with the guests.
