Overall support was provided but after huge request so will give OK
Pros:

Location is great

First they offered room at 3rd floor which was smelly and the bell boy immediately put the spray in front of us . Smell was horrific .
We complained and they they said will provide another room in morning.
But we insisted and they gave us better room at first floor which was ok

Cons:

More cleaning and hygiene required
Front office team should be supportive to guests with kids / families and try to provide smoke free rooms

Nothing to say, overall very bad experience, food was worst, service not appreciable.

Cons:

Ask for bottle of water, they deny it and say it cost 60 rupees.

Pros:

The location is very good. This is the only plus point.

Cons:

The room was booked for two adults. but the dental kit was given for onle one person.
The TV was of no use as the cable TV was not functioning. The hotel have not paid for the channels. Only free NEWS channels were available.
The staff are not very cooperative and friendly.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The stay was comfortable.

The rooms need to be updated, they are not children friendly. There should be a chain lock in the rooms. The condition of the rooms need attention.
