Terrible. Will not stay again.

The location.

Cons:

The furniture in the room smelled like pee. The greeting by the staff was terrible. They asked for IDs that Indian Citizens would have and I’m not an Indian citizen. They also expected the local greeting, my Hindi is limited and I don’t know the customs. They should be understanding of the fact that not all who book their hotel is going to be Indian and know the customs and not have the required IDs.

Pros:

We repeat customers and have always loved the stay along with the staff as they are exceptionally helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good as well. In all the total stay experience good.
