Pros:

There is a garage for motorbikes.

Cons:

The team doesn’t speak English. There are no balconies-there are only french balconies ( big window with glass railing before, you can't go out onto it) the hotel hasn’t any sitting aeea outside, as it was written in the advertisement.
As I was asking for that the receptionist said there are two park’s nearby.
