A lovely apartment within easy walking distance of burriana beach and the town centre. The apartment is clean with very comfortable beds. Good choice of english channels on the TV. The pool area is relaxing, good water temperature with a friendly poolside bar/cafe. Ideal.

Just back from 9 day stay with family of 6 apartment was lovely plenty of space 2 huge balconies hotel itself was great peaceful with 2 nice pools great little bar with amazing staff would definitely recommend

Had a wonderful time at these lovely, clean apartments. The pool area was spotless with a very chilled vibe. Pool bar fab with a perfectly poured beer and friendly service. A wee walk into the centre of nerja but we didn’t mind. Will definitely be returning.

Great location and good facilities including parking. Only disappointment was that the apartment did not have a washing machine. There is one communal machine which really is inadequate for a complex of this size.

Back again to our fave place. Quality accomodation and an excellent pool bar... excellent host, food and cocktails....we can recommend the espresso martinis. 😋😋😋❤️❤️❤️❤️🍸🍸🍸🍸and dacquiris. The food is always fresh and well prepared..can't wait to try the special chicken burger....

This accommodation is definitely worth a stay. The apartments are spacious, clean and accessible to the main attractions.
The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and always polite.
This is our second visit here and we have already booked for next year.
The pool bar is clean. Food and drink are reasonably priced.
The supermarket is a short walk away and has everything you need for your stay.
Nerja is not expensive and has many places to eat out

Our first visit to Las Rosa. We usually stay Capistrano Village. Great by a friendly member of staff. Check in was good. Apartment second floor overlooking the pool which was lovely. Apartment was lovely light and airy. Good size for the 2 of us. All we needed kitchen wise etc. Beds were a little hard for us but got used to this very quickly. Patio was good 4 chairs table and unberella. Would have like loungers but this would have not fitted on patio and certainly not a complaint. Lovely pool area only down side was not enough parasols.. maybe as early in season not much call for them. Bar tender was polite and pleasant and certainly made you feel welcome.. try his Pina Colada.. absolutely wonderful. It's a very quiet area and the apartments show that .. just what we wanted. We di have a problem with noise 2 nights but was reported to the management and this was dealt with sensitively and quickly. Only downside I can really comment on is there are alot of long staying and returning customers and I'm not sure they like newbies coming to their place. They make a point ask how long your here for and have you been before.. and tell you there are alot of people who come 3 x plus a year ... perhaps they are just protective of the place they love but never had that before anywhere else. It's a lovely walk from the apartments into town 20 mins or so . We go back street and found numerous little gems to grab a drink and nibbles. Did not use bus once. All in all it's a lovely little spot and the only thing that will spoil it is if the returning guest keep putting new customer off booking. I certainly didn't us and will look as rebooking for next year very soon.

Just come back from las Rosas de Capistrano 10 days. Bit of a mixed bag. Spacious rooms, Went to Reception at the start just gave us a map of complex told where to go. Would have been useful if someone could have shown us. We were on the garden side steep walk. if there are families by you it can be very noisy otherwise ok. where we were there are the dustbins for everyone in the neighbourhood to use very noisy. we walked to the caves about 40 mins. Beach 20 mins steep hill coming back, Town centre about 30 mins. Excellent Supermarket next door, also cracking Sports Bar over the road. We had Ants in our room but sorted it. Also Television kept losing reception reported it but still had problems wot is the point having a TV if it doesn`t work. I suppose it is good value for money. But we wont be back.

No hot water. No signal no external lights,

The appartments were ok. We had a duplex, the stairs were quite steep to the upper floor though. It was clean when we arrived. But the information sheet told us we were resonsible for cleaning during our stay and the bedding would not be changed. The flat was well equiped. TV had several English channels (we typed in 105 and went up / down on the channel switch as the guide didn't work) Our balcony was a good size, overlooking the sports pitch. Which was nice. all doors and windows had metal shutters and heavy curtains which made the room nice and dark. The beds were ok as was the shower, but hot water ran out quickly. The pool and bar area were clean. But the bar shut at 7pm. The best thing about / around Las Rosas, is the shop just round the corner. Big enough to sell eveything we needed. Friendly helpful staff.
On the down side, there was literally only 5 parasols and about 12 sun beds. Nowhere near enough. Reception didn't open until 10am closed at 2pm opened at 4pm and closed for good at 7pm Which meant there were no members of staff on site after 7pm We had a group of young men in the flat next to us half way through our stay. They were very noisy up to 4am Talking loud (drunk) and playing music. We were suprised that single sex groups were allowed.
The blurb says the beach is 14 minuets away. It took us 20 to get there and 35 to get back up hill. There were no bars or cafes to pause at on the way up. It's about another 5 mins to the Balcon area and plus another 10 back. The walk is not pleasant as a good part of it is along the main dual carriageway. We found the town area busy and all the same, shops, bars, cafes and restraunts all selling pretty much the same stuff. Of course we found some nice places to eat. We were supprised by how reasonably priced most things were.
There was nothing around the appartments. We knew we were a bit out from the town, but assumed there would be a couple of bars near enough to us. There wasn't.
Getting about was difficult. We only managed to get 2 taxis' all week. Even when the restraunt called one for us, it didn't show up. The reception woman told us in high season you have no hope. The bus turns up when it feels like it and it changes number! The receptionist told us there is only one bus. So we got on it and it went the wrong way and back to where we started. It changed it's number and went the other way. MAD!
We thought that Barrina beach was quite dirty. The sunbeds are inside a fenced area and seemed closer together than normal. We couldn't get one on our first visit, so we booked one for the next day again MAD never had to do that before. We only stayed 2 hours as it was so crammped. Didn't enjoy the beach at all.

Bit of a mixed bag. Apartment was underwhelming: six coat hangers between us; limited drawer space; flimsy shower tray; only mirror was the one above the sink; view from the balcony across the supermarket roof. We were on the ground floor; apartments on the first floor upwards seemed to be much bigger and had more balcony space. However, pool bar was very good: friendly staff and good choice of food. Plenty sunbeds available during the day, though not sure what this will be like in the middle of summer. Think apartments are cleaned every 7 days but twice a week would be better (we were there 8 nights and they weren't cleaned at all). Around 30 minute walk to get into the thick of the action.

Lovely stay here with family, we had a two bedroom apartment, it was lovely and big, two balconies and two bathrooms. There was no sofa bed, however, and I was informed there would be.
The place was clean and comfortable, and it has good showers, too. Would have liked if the hairdryer and iron were in the room, so we didn't have to wait a day to receive them as reception was closed the whole time we were there.
Otherwise, the place had everything to our liking, two pools, one had a bar, and the other was quieter. The location was 15 mins walk to balcon, but that was fine for us. The supermarket was right beside it. Nice quiet location.

We are just leaving after a 10 night stay in la rosas de Capistrano. We cannot fault this place, the rooms are clean and spacious, the maintenance and housekeeping staff keep the grounds apartments and pool area sooooo clean and well looked after. Although it is a 15 minute walk onto nerja, it is more e than worth it. Ali, with his help at busy times are excellent hosts. Nothing is too much for them whether it's cooking excellent pizzas or recommending places to see and do. Thankyou. Have a good end of season, see you all again soon xx. 👋😢😁. Ps. If had to fault something, we had aid people finding rooms out of hours as the maps need reviewing.

Stayed here for five nights and I have to say it surpassed my expectations. The apartment was spacious clean and well equipped. The air con was good and the bathroom big and well maintained. We had a massive terrace that overlooked the pool. The pools were great again clean and well maintained. We used the pool bar daily. The best pizza and sangria EVER! The service was great and remember that all the food is freshly prepared. If you want fast food go the McDonalds. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and all our needs were attended too. Hopefully will return again. Thanks for a great stay.

After visiting family last year ( they were staying at las Rosas), my partner and I decided to book for this year.
We were part of a group. My issue is not so much with the apartment. It was fine. Would I stay again, maybe if the service at the pool bar was improved..it was not service with a smile.

The running of the pool bar was an issue from day one. Two people serving, 40 minute wait on a cup of coffee. Running out of burgers at 2 in the day.I did look at all the positive comments and hesitated to post,but It needed saying that one of the severs was, in fact, very rude. Manament needs to address this.

This holiday is great for everyone Couples, Family, Friends, Solo travellers and the rooms were amazing and clean. As well as that there was great service at the pool bar, great food even offering things not on the menu Alejandro and Gabi(the men who work at the bar) were always friendly and at the crack of dawn the cleaners quietly clean the big pool. Sheets changed once a week also cleaned at the same time. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Also they are very good with English and Spanish at the bar.

Hotel rooms were modern, very clean and well presented.
Pools were nice and plenty sunbeds.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Close to supermarkets, only a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and the town too!
Alejandro the barman is great, he’s super helpful and friendly. He has a laugh and he made our two weeks better than last years.

We’ve stayed here twice and we cannot fault anything! Stayed here as a family of 8 across 2 apartments. The rooms are spacious with all facilities we could need! Areas are clean and tidy with functioning air-conditioning & plug in fans. Sheets and towels changed weekly. Alejandro at the pool bar has been exceptional! Cannot fault him at all. Super friendly & welcoming, helped us navigate the area and even searched for bus routes etc when we needed help. Nothing is ever too much to ask for with him and his food is delicious and very reasonably priced. 2 supermarkets on the same road and town centre only a 15 minute walk away, where you can also find the bus station if you wish to go further afield. Highly recommend these apartments!

Really clean apartments, outdoor areas clean. Aléjandro was very nice to us, makes the best food and drink for good prices. I would recommend coming here. Stayed here as a family of 8, was very comfortable and had more than enough room with easily accessible places. The town is only a fifteen minute walk away, with a shop just down the road.

Our 2nd visit to las rosas and we will be back again, the apartments are spacious, well looked after and clean. The facilities are great with 2 good pools that relaxed even when busy, the gardens and communal areas are very well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Alè and Gabbi at the pool bar who provide excellent friendly service and good advice on restaurants to visit.
