Cons:

Hotel an sich in die Jahre gekommen. Für das Preisleistungsverhältniss nicht angemessen.
Wenn die Züge vorbeifahren wackelt das Bad im 10 Stock.
Fleckige Vorhänge, Zimmer war nicht sauber an manchen Orten.

Cons:

建物の修繕中でしたが、連泊の中日に部屋でオンラインミーティングを始めようとした途端にすごい騒音が聞こえてきました。まさに窓のすぐ外で。
修繕工事自体は仕方がないのですが、他の部屋が空いているのであれば他の階や反対側の部屋を割り当てる、事前に「明日は10時から大きな音が聞こえます」などと事前案内があれば助かりました。
オンラインミーティングの声は全く聞こえず、逃げるように部屋を出て近くのカフェを探すことになりました。スタッフの配慮のなさが、残念でした。

安かった

Cons:

スタッフの対応がいまいち。
ヘアの掃除もやる気なさが出ているし、ホコリも多い、冷蔵庫を弱くしても飲み物凍るわでアパはもう選ばない。

新幹線でくる家族と落ち合うのに最適な場所でした

Cons:

セミダブルの部屋、バスルームから小さなハエが多く飛んでいて、部屋にも入っており多少だが不快だった。また、2人用にもう一枚カードキーをお願いしたが、追加のカードは作動しなかった。
