部屋は綺麗だった

セミダブルベッドの部屋に泊まったのですがベッドが小さかった。

Good and not good
Pros:

Next to the JC subway and bullet train stations. Customer care was very good. In hotel washer/dryer.

Cons:

Slumped uncomfortable bed.
Breakfast buffet was not good and overpriced.

Pros:

3泊しました。手違いで喫煙の部屋になっていましたが調整してくれ禁煙の部屋にしてくれました。その対応が嫌な顔せずしてくれました。

Cons:

特になかったてす。
しいといえば、連泊でガラスのコップなどはお客様の指示がない限りいじれませんとメモがありました。使ってたコッブはそのままでも良いのですが代わりに新しいコップを置いておいてくれたらありがたかったです。フロントに取りに行けば良かったのですが帰った時間が遅かったのでそれも億劫になってしまいました。
