Pros:

Gute Lage zur See und zur Strandpromenade.

Cons:

Überfülltes Parkhaus wegen einer ADAC Veranstaltung. Das Parkhaus war auch nicht verschlossen. Man konnte ein- und ausfahren , weil Tor und Schrankenanlage dauerhaft außer Betrieb sind.
Die zentrale Klimaanlage der Zimmer und der Gasträume funktioniert nicht. Dichtigkeit der Duschkabine ist nicht gewährleistet, das Bad steht nach jedem Durchgang unter Wasser.
Der neue Besitzer beschäftigt fast ausschließlich seine mitgebrachten Landsleute.

Empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer (nur ein paar Meter über die Straße und Strandpromenade) Wir konnten den schönen Spa Bereich mit Sauna und Pool nutzen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel mit einem kleinen Meerblickwinkel vom Balkon aus.

Cons:

Wir hätte um 16.00 Uhr einchecken können, mussten aber eine halbe Stunde warten, bis die Endreinigung abgeschlossen war. Dafür haben wir einen Getränkegutschein fürs hauseigene Restaurant bekommen. Immerhin :)

Service und Personal waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. kylpylä kuului huoneen hintaan.

Cons:

Parvekkeemme metalliverho ei toiminut huoneeseen tultuamme, mutta se tultiin korjaamaan vasta seuraavana päivänä. Joten emme päässeet parvekkeelle emmekä saaneet huoneeseen päivänvaloa. Ei hyvitystä, ei pahoittelua, vain korjauksen roskat lattialla.

Schönes Hotel mit vielen Baumängeln im Zimmer 1104 und mangelhafter Service!!
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer

Cons:

Wir sind sehr nachsichtig und uns ist bewusst, dass eine defekte Klimaanlage, eine kaputte Jalousie oder eine undichte Dusche nicht immer sofort am selben Tag vom Haustechniker repariert werden können. Was jedoch absolut inakzeptabel ist, ist der Umgang mit dem Gast und der anschließende Service.
Durch die undichte Dusche stand das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser. Um ein Überlaufen in den Wohnbereich zu verhindern, mussten wir die vorhandenen Handtücher nutzen, um das Bad trockenzulegen. Die zugesagte Lieferung neuer Handtücher (sowie einer fehlenden Toilettenbürste) über das Housekeeping funktionierte überhaupt nicht.
Am Folgetag wurden wir an der Rezeption mit der starren Aussage abgespeist, Handtücher gäbe es regulär nur alle 5 Tage, trotz der bekannten Sondersituation und der vorherigen Zusage! Auch ein erneutes Nachhaken an der Rezeption brachte keinen Erfolg: Es kamen schlichtweg keine Handtücher. Wir mussten uns letztlich mit einem privaten Sporthandtuch aus dem Auto und am nächsten Tag sogar mit sauberen T-Shirts aushelfen, die ich mir mit meiner Frau teilen musste.
Dass man in einem Hotel um frische Handtücher betteln muss, wenn das Zimmer aufgrund baulicher Mängel unter Wasser steht, ist eine absolute Servicewüste. So etwas habe ich noch NIE erlebt.

Es ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Strandnähe , die Unterkunft und die Freundliche Art der Leute im Hotel . Sauberkeit überall vor dem Gebäude, im Gebäude . Netter empfang und freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung.
