Pros:

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Arkona und waren rundherum zufrieden. Egal ob Personal, Zimmer, Verpflegung etc, alles top! Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl hier gerne gesehen zu werden. Highlight ist die Bar, sehr gediegen und nicht aufdringlich. Beim Buffet, ob morgens oder abends, es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Die Laage war gut

Cons:

Warum war bei der Buchung nicht gleich ersichtlich das es nicht im Haupthaus war und man muss zu den Mahlzeiten und zu der Therme immer über der Straße. Im weiteren kein Platz das man die Wäsche nicht um Schrank ablegen kann.
Weiter kann man erst um 16.00 Uhr einchecken und um 10..00 Uhr ausscheiden,aber die Touristen Abgabe wird für 4 Tage erhoben obwohl man bloß 3 Tage Vorort ist

Leider musste man dafür über die Straße, um es im Haupthotel einzunehmen.
Dennoch war der Aufenthalt sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir kommen wieder!!

Der nettes und freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist unglaublich schön. Die Sauna fantastisch.
Hat und sehr gut gefallen Die Kältekammer in der Sauna war total toll

Cons:

Das Essen war gut aber nach oben ist noch ein bisschen Luft.
In der Sauna gibt es sehr wenige Liegen. Es war ein bisschen voll aber dafür gab es ja mehrere Saunen..
