Great stay
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Blok M. The location is great and makes it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to the receptionist, Elza, Devi and Jannah who was professional, kind, and very supportive from check-in to check-out. Her positive attitude really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Clean,quiet and friendly
Pros:

Well maintained and clean. Breakfast good. Room facing internal courtyard is quiet. Friendly and helpful reception including Ms Janah and Mr Agung. Water dispenser in corridor reduces plastic waste.

Pros:

Excellent location, near shopping malls, transport hubs and has easy access to all Jakarta attractions. Very good value for money.

Cons:

This time included breakfast in room rate but disappointed in quality of food, they used to supply omlets and eggs freshly cooked from the kitchen but now they dump cold greasy eggs and omlets on a cold plate cooked earlier. Not very appetising, could do a lot better, return to old system.

Pros:

The location is very good 👍

No, refrigerator and the walls of the rooms are dirty. Besides, the staff are not specifically speaking English very well.
