Lokatie ziet er echt leuk uit! Maar de exestentie van hun bestaan zijn de gasten. En daar lopen ze met een boog omheen.
Pros:

Heerlijk zwembad, schoon, mooie kamers, goede airco. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Wachten op je bestelling van drankjes, wachten op je gebakken eitje bij het ontbijt, (30 minuten). Soms werd je bestelling helemaak vergeten..
Het was er niet druk, en meer personeel dan gasten. Maar personeel is alleen maar taakgericht bezig, en hebben totaal geen oog voor de gasten. Dat stoorde me zeer. Heb er over gesproken bij de F&B manager, maar totaal geen verbetering.
Daarnaast was het ontbijt zeker niet gericht op westerse gasten, eten was vaak koud. Echt jammer!

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

We moved to this hotel for our last night stay as it is nearer to the airport. We were given a welcome drink and all staff that attended to us were pleasant. They have comfortable beds and basic toiletries.

Cons:

Room lighting is insufficient in Duplex room, Shower head faulty but we managed to self troubleshoot.
