Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, beszélnek angolul. Külön köszönet, hogy a télikabátjainkat argentin körutunk során (a nyárban) ott hagyhattuk és nagyon szépen csomagolva kaptuk vissza két hét múlva.
A szoba kényelmes, talán még egy szék hiányzott. A fürdőszoba tiszta. A svédasztalos reggeli minden igényt kielégítő, változatos, finom. A belváros kellemes sétával könnyen elérhető, csendes utcában.

Cons:

A legnagyobb hiányérzetem a fürdőszobában a wc kefe hiánya volt. Szeretem tisztán hagyni magam után a szállást, ez most megnehezült emiatt.

Agradable y cómodo, personal muy amable
Pros:

Fue una habitación muy cómoda y limpia. En las habitaciones había mucha calma y silencio. El desayuno fue bueno y variado. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable. También tuve una llamada telefónica por una emergencia y me atendieron rápidamente.

Habitación cómoda, pudimos hacer check in temprano pagando medio día más, nos guardaron las maletas el último día.

Amazing hotel in Buenos Aires
Pros:

It's a very nice hotel, the room was spacious and quiet. The AC worked very well and the breakfast was good. Also, this hotel stores your luggage for free (even for multiple days) which is not a standard in Buenos Aires in this price range.

The location is not great but it is still very good!
