Pros:

様々な設備面も充実していましたので、不便さはありませんでした。

Cons:

端部屋でしたが、夜中中「ヴォーンヴォーン」と低い音がずっとあり、割と耳障りだった。

Pros:

品川駅からも歩ける距離だけど、スーツケースなど荷物が多い時に北品川駅に近いのは良かった。
コンビニやスーパーも近くにあるので便利だった。

Cons:

バスルームが狭い。バスタオルを地下まで置きに行かないといけないのが不便だった。
ゴミの回収もなく自分で外のゴミ置き場まで捨てに行かないといけないのが不便だった。
