Bathroom smelly when flushed
J’ai payé un supplément afin de réserver une chambre Deluxe de 20 m² avec fenêtre dans la chambre.
À mon arrivée, je découvre pourtant une chambre qui fait environ 12 m² et qui ne possède aucune fenêtre dans la chambre. La seule fenêtre se trouve dans les sanitaires, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas à la description de la chambre que j’ai réservée et payée.
Lorsque j’ai signalé le problème à la réception, on m’a répondu que je ne savais pas mesurer une chambre et que, puisqu’il y avait une fenêtre dans les sanitaires, la chambre était bien conforme.
Je trouve cette réponse particulièrement déplacée. J’ai payé plus cher précisément pour bénéficier d’une chambre Deluxe de 20 m² avec fenêtre. Ce n’est clairement pas la prestation qui m’a été fournie.
Je demande donc soit à être transférée dans la chambre correspondant réellement à ma réservation, soit à obtenir le remboursement de la différence de prix entre la chambre réservée et celle qui m’a effectivement été attribuée.

Au vu des commentaires sur l'accueil je pense m'être trompé d'hôtel.
Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 5, 2 adultes et 3 enfants, nous avons eu un lit double et un lit bébé, et pas de solution de remplacement
Loved the location, the historical vibe of the building itself.
The building has been refurbished and maintained nicely.
The bar and the bartender are both amazing.
The Artist Suite was very comfortable for 2 people, and the bed was very welcoming.
Some great food and cafe options around.
The Basq & Bean cafe has some delicious burnt cheesecakes.
Must visit and ask the chef for a recommendation.
The room size is small, but I guess that's just a Singapore thing.
The room could definitley used some soundproofing as you can hear every little thing from the road below.
There are 1-2 bars on the same street, and they can get pretty loud long into the night.
khách sạn ngay khu Bugis rất tiện lợi và yên tĩnh, dễ dàng di chuyển vì gần trạm xe bus và MRT. mình rất thích cách bày trí của khách sạn dù giá thành hơi cao nhưng đáng tiền. xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn địa phương nổi tiếng.
Maravilhoso: o quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo, localização excelente. O colchão era de muita qualidade, bem como as toalhas e lençóis. Ar-condicionado funcionando muito bem. O top pra mim é que a recepção do hotel é um bar de coquetéis. SUper legal se voce quiser sentar e tomar um drink na chegada ou na saida.
Nos ficamos tres pessoas em um quarto de casal, e apesar que a cama de casal tinha um colchao maravilhoso, a cama extra nao foi tao boa assim: colchao muito duro e colocado diretamente no chao.
