Accueil et personnel souriant ,propreté ,calme

Cons:

A peine arrivé (et fatigué du voyage) ,pas de clim dans la chambre. Obligé de redescendre à l'accueil pour faire résoudre le problème.Le lendemain soir personne au bar pour boire un verre ,la personne à l'accueil pendu au téléphone depuis 20mn .Nous sommes finalement parti boire un verre ailleurs. Sinon séjour très agréable.

Pros:

Le personnel a été très sympathique, très professionnel, incompréhension entre nous . Nous a relogé car l'hôtel fermait le lendemain mais nous a relogé dans un autre hôtel au même tarif . Ne peut pas juger l'établissement car n'a pas séjourné à l'intérieur, juste accueil parfait.
