Ambience and location. The room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I noticed was slight noise from the nearby room. Also, the lavatory drain seemed to be clogged, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully this can be addressed for future guests.

the overall surroundings was good and it was very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite and the services are excellent and sometime punctual. The facilities are good and I like it since there is available parking spaces for guest/s.

Cons:

I think the WIFI internet facilities needs to be improved, because it is little bit slow. I hope they will increase ceiling fan in the each rooms for proper ventilation especially during summer months.

Affordable accommodation with a great location
Pros:

Can’t fault it - just what we needed as a family, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked 3 rooms and 2 were joined by a door which was great to easily move between rooms too.

Pros:

Its clean, bed is comfy, shower is really basic and clean. Good for a night or 2 as u pass thru manila, close to malls by walking and supermarkets, massage

Cons:

Some things can be renewed, room size is small, if u open the suitcase u can barely walk. Good for 1 person
