Worst stay ever at a 'hotel'.
Pros:

Only having parking included was useful.

Cons:

Being kicked out of the hotel and threatened by the staff in the middle of the night and having the police turn up so i could return to my room! A complete disaster of a stay, and would never go back. Worst of all, the staff didn't even apologise or attempt to compensate for their completely unacceptable behaviour.

We really enjoyed our stay in Old oak tree.
Pros:

Very kind, helpful, and considerate staff. Calm and peaceful place. Value for money, we really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely select to stay in The old oak tree next time, and we do not hesitate to recommend The old oak tree

Over booking.com
Pros:

Got to hotel after 2 hours travel after work and a welcome by ranting there is no room. I replied here is the confirmation don't care no room. 22:00 and solid traffic and no where to sleep what do you think I would rate it

Pros:

The property is in very bad condition, the corridors smells bad

Cons:

I had a check in on 29th August at 11.00 am unfortunately there was no one at the hotel it looks like an abandoned property, also there were some people smoking drugs and nobody bothered to ask them to leave seems like they have taken over the hotel, as I was waiting out I could see them using the hotel toilets and corridors where other guests were staying. Unfortunately I had to book another hotel at 12.00 am at night as there was no one to contact no phone calls nothing. I will never recommend this to anyone.
