I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in the UK.
The room was not clean at all. The bedding was unacceptable — the duvet provided for my baby was extremely small and not warm enough. To make matters worse, there appeared to be bed bugs, and we started experiencing itching during our stay, which made the situation even more distressing and uncomfortable.
The bathroom facilities were also unacceptable. There was no proper hot or cold water available, making it very difficult to use the shower or even wash properly. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning.
The overall hygiene standards were very poor. There was clearly a lack of cleaning and maintenance. Even simple things like a TV remote were missing from the room.
Additionally, the atmosphere in the hotel lobby was highly unprofessional. There was a person sleeping on the floor in the lounge area, which made the environment feel unsafe and poorly managed. The staff did not demonstrate professionalism or proper customer service throughout our stay.
I have never experienced such poor standards in a hotel in the UK before. There seems to be a serious lack of cleanliness, organisation, and basic hospitality ethics.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Significant improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

The property is not fit for renting it is like a dump with broken bed, cold room and not hot water in the bathroom I was actually hitting my head on the ceiling as it is in the loft

Absolutely nothing about this hotel.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The man who checked us in was rude, the whole hotel smelt horrendous. The mattress was broken, no towels, no tele remote control or bin. The dirtiest room/hotel I have ever stayed in, toilet flush not working. 2 electrical wires that have been disconnected just sticking out. Huge piles of rubbish inside and outside of the hotel.

The word “bad” is nowhere near enough to describe how terrible this place is.
This is NOT a hotel — it is a dirty, neglected, unsafe building that should not be open to the public at all.
The level of filth is unbelievable.
If you are considering staying here, take my advice: sleeping on the street would genuinely be a better and safer option than staying in this place.
Nothing in the photos matches reality — not even close.
The pictures on Booking.com are completely misleading, and Booking.com clearly knows this because so many guests have complained, yet they keep this place listed without taking any action.
During my stay, homeless people and addicts were literally sleeping at the entrance, making the entire place unsafe, uncomfortable, and totally unfit for anyone.
The rooms are dirty, the conditions are awful, and the service simply does not exist.
I left earlier than planned because staying there any longer was impossible.
And let me add this clearly:
Do not expect Booking.com to help you, and do not expect OYO (the company operating the hotel) to help you either. In my experience, both offered nothing but empty promises and no real support at all.
You will be completely on your own if you face any problem.
Avoid this place at all costs.
This property should never have been listed as a hotel.
