Iskandar Sinsuran Guesthouse

Hyvin vaatimaton, mutta sänkyssä pystyi hyvin nukkumaan lakanat ja peitteet ok. Vaatimattomin sisäänkäynti ikinä. Mutta kokemus sinänsä lähellä rantaa ei uimaranta huom.

This place is on a dirty building, upstairs very dirty , garbage every where on the streets, strong odors coming up to the floor, etc. The Room is the poorest quality and cleaness I ever seen, I am 63 years old traveling to hundreds of cities, this is the worst, it should not be in Expedia system. Room smell like human orine, walls stains with what looks like blood. I arrived late night so could not arrange another place to stay, I did not sleep at all, I just sat to wait morning to leave. A few dollars more got me a hotel with decent service mad most important appropriate cleaning. Stay away from this place.

The staff is very polite and helpful.. Nice environment.. And walkable to the nearest tourist attraction centre.. Keep up the good job.

For the price its okay. Lots of loose and broken bits and pieces, and could really do with a paint. Its fine otherwise. View is not bad if you get a sunset!

Near market..easy to walk and good place to stay and safety

It is clean on the inside, but the building complex it is a part of is an inner-city building and doesn't look good on the outside. Inside the home, it is very nice. However, this area is very safe even at night because it is close to the water front and large expensive hotels.

Good hotel for who want to stay at kk city...its near from sinsuran night market and kraftangan market also near from mall

Shower was only cold water. It’s located at busy area. It means convenient, but noisy outside.
Staff was friendly. I don’t have any complaints aside from cold shower.

エアコン、wifi、シャワーのお湯は問題なく使用出来ました。

It was great! The toilet was clean enough to use and simple utilities such as soap and towels were provided. Air cond was in great condition as well!

TV was outdated with only 1 grainy channel but that's ok, we used the guesthouse fast wifi instead. No parking was provided so opt to park elsewhere and used grab to the guesthouse.

Overall all is perfect for staying 1 or 2 night..just a bit hard bring your luggage used stair..

Room not ready. Service bad. Have to ask for towel, soap and plstic bag for rubbish bin. When check out at 5.30am no one at counter. Leave the key on the table and i just go. Main entrance door unlock. So anyone can go in anytime. Cc tv yes but still not safe for travel solo esp female.

Best location for shopping and eats. Parking with fees nearby.

The reception is not very helpful,then they dont have any ideas to locate our parking lot. Seriously,the rooms is very stinks,got cockroach,below sinks got alot of black stains which means the room didnt clean for long time.the picture is not same like real life.its not recommended

シャワーや水の出が弱い時がある
立地は良いが夜中1時ぐらいぐらいまで、向かいのマーケットで大騒ぎしてる時があり、早く寝たい人にはキツいかも。

前はナイトマーケットで歩いて5分で大きめのショッピングセンターがあるのと、離島に行くための船乗り場もタクシーですぐなので場所はどこに行くのも便利です。ですがナイトマーケットで魚を売っているため窓を開けているととても魚臭いです。それと夜は少し賑やかなので窓を閉めていても声は聞こえます。オーナーの人はとてもいい人です。帰りの飛行機が朝7時半からだったので5時半にチェックアウトをしたいと言うと快くOKをしてくれました。少し清潔感にかけるので女性はちょっと嫌かもしれないです。

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
