Tolles Hotel, dass wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Tolle Ausstattung und angenehm große Zimmer. Sauber. Blick auf die Speicherstatt. Sehr nettes Personal. Toilette separat / abschließbar in offenem Bad. Nachhaltiges Konzept, dass reduzierte Reinigung

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Wir sind allerdings froh, dass wir kein Zimmer zur Straße hatten.

Sadece yeri çok iyi idi.Bir de gürültüsüzdü.Üst katlardan yer istemiştim ve bunu yerine getirmişlerd

Konum çok iyiydi.

Cons:

Banyoda kapı olmaması büyük eksiklik.WC çok küçüktü adeta hapishane gibiydi.Klima merkezi idi ve gece boyunca sürekli çalışıyordu.3 kez söylememe rağmen kapatamadılar. Sorunu çözemediler.

Stadthotel in guter Lage mit schlechtem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

gute Lage, gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Spa und Fitness standen nicht zur Verfügung. Dies wurde erst kurz vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht.
Nachts um 2 Uhr gab es einen Feuerfehlalarm.
Alle mussten auf die Strasse und nach 20 min. wieder 5 Etagen hochgehen.
Das Frühstück kostet 25 Euro. Dafür gibt es einen überfüllten Frühstücksraum, aufgebackene Brötchen, und man wartet an 2 Kaffeemaschinen um sich einen Kaffee zu holen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Alternativen gibt es in der Nähe.

Das Team hat unser Zimmer zu unserer Silberhochzeit wunderschön hergerichtet, mit Rosenblüten und Piccolo und persönlich geschriebener Karte! Sehr zauberhaft! Außerdem war jeder dort wirklich sehr echt und freundlich! Wir buchen gern wieder, Danke!
