Light housekeeping service is every 3 nights of stay and full housekeeping service is every 7 nights of stay. Cleaning will be carried out on Mondays – Saturdays. No cleaning service available on Sundays and public holidays.

Water from the shower spills into the corridor. There is no separation between the shower and the toilet. The pillows are XXXL and extremely oversized. There are no TV channels available; you have to stream content from your mobile phone. The property is incorrectly listed as a 4-star hotel on Booking.com. At best, it deserves 3 stars. Rooms are only cleaned once every three days.

Self services luggage room is tiny and has not enough locks for luggage to make sure safety
Small but clean and comfortable room in great location. Ok for 1 person but would be a squash for 2. Free luggage storage but not staffed. Close to lots of places to eat. Breakfast v limited.

Location: Good location 8-12 min to subway, many eateries around the hotel as the Nanyang Art University is just across the road. It is a safe neighbourhood.
I paid over US$1500 for four nights, knowing it is F1 weekend in Singapore. however if a hotel cannot live up to that kind of price range, they should not just charge due to price demand and supply.
Room: The room is ok, the bathroom is horrible. This claimed to be a four star hotel and my room type is not the cheapest. It is a larger room. The shower is linked the the toilet bowl with no door bow curtain separating the two area. There is no ledge on the floor to attend to stop water from flowing to the toilet or to outside is the the bathroom. To avoid this, I had to turn off the shower 5 times during a shower session. Each time I put shampoo or conditioner, soap, I had to turn off the shower to let the water drain. It was a horrible experience showering like at a camp.
Breakfast: Breakfast area is messy and dirty. Non appetising.
Co-living: this branch is small, the gym is linked to laundry machines without doors, thus while you are doing exercise, you are actually breathing the air from laundry.
The work space is small, it is the same place where you wait for car, and also where one can supposedly cook,not funcional.
