Light housekeeping service is every 3 nights of stay and full housekeeping service is every 7 nights of stay. Cleaning will be carried out on Mondays – Saturdays. No cleaning service available on Sundays and public holidays.

Absolutely Disgraceful Management
Pros:

Left my factual review on Google as well to warn others on the mismanagement of my booking by the hotel reception staff. Rooms are tiny, hygiene levels are not up to standards to the extent that we had to wear slippers into the shower, requests never met and double standards practiced by the staff. Their management responded to my factual review with invalid and fabricated claims such as "upgrading our rooms upon arrival" which never happened, and barked up the wrong tree without getting their facts right. Definitely not reliable, guaranteed never returning to this hotel :(

Well located, nice building and facilities. Staff was very helpful!

Cons:

The rooms are tiny - even though we were offered an upgrade for a larger bedroom, I can't imagine how a smaller room would look like.

Pros:

This property is perfect for a short stay in Singapore if you don’t need anything too fancy and are happy to do your own thing. There is everything you need in the room and the hotel as a whole ( with a communal kitchen space, tea and coffee, laundry room and pretty decent gym). The room itself is really clean, has a comfy bed, clean towels, has a great shower pressure and hot temp, and good blinds that keep the light out. There are restaurants and bars all around the hotel and it’s the perfect location for the tube stations etc, to get around the beautiful city. The staff don’t bother you but are there if you need them ( more than happy to help). There are fridges on levels of the hotel to keep food in. It feels more like a self- catered hotel- which was perfect for us!

Cons:

The tv didn’t work- or doesn’t have mainstream channels but that’s really not a big deal.

・複数の電車路線とバス停と近く、どこへ行くにも乗り換えが比較的少なくいける
・タクシーで到着する2Fでは機械でチェックインが可能。しかし朝食の説明等はないので、詳細を聞くには1Fのレセプションへ再度訪問必要。
・レセプションには歯ブラシとスリッパは用意があり、リクエストすればもらえた

Cons:

・ベッドの丈が短く、164cmでもクイーンサイズで真っ直ぐ寝ると、足がギリギリ
・シャワーに入る際、トイレの方まで確かに濡れるが、大人しく浴びてサンダルを持参すればなんとかなる
・椅子を引きずる音がよく聞こえるので、夜隣人が動いていると聞こえる(声は気になりませんでした)

Pros:

The location is spot on, good for a short stay. Nice and clean room. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the room layout. The bed was positioned under the window - facing wall to wall, meaning one of us who slept on the inside, had to face a middle-of-the-night obstacle course situation, because
couldn't get out without climbing over the other.
