A peaceful and convenient stay in a great location
Pros:

The room was quiet and peaceful, which made the stay relaxing. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The communal microwave and refrigerator available on the floor were very convenient. The hotel is in an excellent location, with supermarkets and other amenities nearby. Overall, the property had a calm and comfortable atmosphere.

Cons:

The room was quite small and had limited space. However, this seems to be common among hotels in Singapore, especially within the real estate prices out there.

La ubicación es muy buena, en todo el centro de Singapur. Se puede llegar caminando a muchos puntos de interés y tiene una parada de metro muy cercana.

Cons:

La habitación es algo pequeña, dando como resultado una cama algo corta. Mido 183 cm. y tocaba la pared con los pies. El baño se encharcaba de agua.

Great staff. Great comfort. Super clean. Great gym. Awesome bed and strong shower.

Cons:

If I had to be picky, pillows were both very high. Couldn't sleep on them. Fantastic property otherwise.

Parfait
Pros:

Chambre petite mais confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Parties communes avec cuisine, pièce à vivre, lingerie. Bar et restau au rez-de-chaussée.
Bonne localisation, à moins de 5 minutes du métro.
Personnel agréable et efficace.
Excellent rapport qualité/ prix pour cette ville.

Une belle désillusion
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel, certains membres à la réception et des courtois et non pas hésité à se déplacer pour réinitialiser mon coffre-fort par exemple.
L'hôtel est propre, les différentes salles, comme la salle de sport sont propres et visiblement entretenues.

L'hôtel est à proximité de la ligne MRT bleue Downtown.

La diuche était chaude et puissante ..

Cons:

Cet hôtel m'a malheureusement procuré une désillusion assez importante à laquelle je ne m'attendais pas lorsque je l'avais réservé en m'appuyant sur les photos et les commentaires de booking.
La taille des chambres déjà est minuscule, heureusement que j'étais solo pour ce trip à Singapour, je n'imagine même pas un couple évoluant dans ce genre de chambre
Ensuite, bien que la chambre soit propre à mon arrivée, on vous annonce clairement que le ménage sera fait tous les 3 jours, et encore ils annoncent bien que ce sera un ménage léger puisque le ménage profond est fait tous les 7 jours .
Autre chose, des craquements et des vibrations apparaissaient en journée et en soirée, dans la chambre. Après avoir consulté d'autres avis, j'ai constaté que je n'étais pas le seul à m'en plaindre. Le bâtiment étant fait de verre et d'acier, je pense que cela vient de là.
Une dernière chose qui a malheureusement impacté mon avis de façon négative, ce sont les différents petits équipements qui normalement sont proposés dans chaque chambre d'hôtel mais qui ici étaient absents : on vous donnera à l'enregistrement lors de votre arrivée, une brosse à dents et un dentifrice. Pas de bâtonnets de coton, pas de charlotte pour la douche...
Par ailleurs aucune chaîne de télé n'est disponible, il faut que vous castiez votre téléphone sur la télé ce qui est parfois très compliqué et ne fonctionne pas toujours.


Cet hôtel me fait plus penser à une auberge de jeunesse car un 4 étoiles.

Je ne le recommande pas et je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel à mon prochain voyage pour Singapour.

Location is great,
Next to fortune court, lots of food places, live music & pub attached is of good quality. & comfy. We mostly used grab.
