Light housekeeping service is every 3 nights of stay and full housekeeping service is every 7 nights of stay. Cleaning will be carried out on Mondays – Saturdays. No cleaning service available on Sundays and public holidays.

Muy recomendable si vas unos dias a Singapur
Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular, podes caminar a gran cantidad de sitios.
El diseño es muy bonito y tenía todo lo necesario en la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y no había separación entre dicha e inodoro, pero eso no fue mayor problema.

Pros:

Great location to get about. Bedding smelt amazing!

Cons:

Only downfall was we spent 2 nights there and the towels never got changed. We had to go to reception to ask for clean towels.

Pros:

Staff without exception were helpful. We requested an early check in after a 14 hour flight and they were able to accommodate us which made a huge difference.
Any time in the future I have a stopover in Singapore I'll use lyf Bugis and not just because of the great room rates.

Cons:

Arrival and checking in were confusing but not something I didn't like. Because of the inability to stop on Middle Rd outside the drop off is on the 2nd floor in the parking building around the back, then you have to go back down to the ground floor to check in. Not a problem as such, maybe they should highlight this info with your booking confirmation?

Salvo por un grave error por parte del hotel, todo correcto
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien! Cómodo, amplio..en general bastante bien

Cons:

Un día antes de irme, estoy haciendo unas excursiones y me escriben que había entrado el personal de limpieza (que no fue ningún día) ya que iban a preparar la habitación para los siguientes huéspedes. Todo por correo. Les dije que era un error y les envié mi confirmación de reserva. Tras dos correos más en los que me decían que o pagase o me sacaban las cosas se confirmó su error. Lo peor es que esa mañana habíamos pagado más para una salida tardía. Si bien me “compensaron” el error con un traslado al aeropuerto gratuito, el mal rato y que saliera de la actividad pronto por su error me parece bastante serio. Independientemente del error, el resto hasta el momento me parecía bastante bien

Great location, ideal stay!
Pros:

The hotel is in an ideal location. Close to several metro stations that take you all around Singapore. The hotel was very vibrant and clean. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Limited storage room for bags, only a small cubby under the bed so beware if bringing lots of bags. One thing to note the shower has no curtain or screen so the water goes all over the bathroom floor. Not the end the world but a tad frustrating.
