Light housekeeping service is every 3 nights of stay and full housekeeping service is every 7 nights of stay. Cleaning will be carried out on Mondays – Saturdays. No cleaning service available on Sundays and public holidays.

Pros:

Perto das estações de metro que fazem ligação ao aeroporto e ao centro da cidade. A distância caminhável para little india e bairro árabe.
Boas condições gerais.
Tem uma sala que permite guardar a bagagem com cadeados para quem chegue antes do quarto disponivel ou que saia cedo e precise ainda de ir passear até voo de saída.

Cons:

Tamanho do quarto. É mal geral nos alojamentos em singapura. Ainda assim neste caso penso que poderia ser melhor aproveitado o espaço. Não havia suporte suficiente para as nossas 2 malas de viagem de 14kg

Pros:

The location is good, the staff is friendly and it is in a nice location not too far from the train station (about a 10 - 15 minute walk) and close to many restaurants.

Cons:

For the price, I thought it would be a bit more spacious and nice in the room. This just may be Singapore prices though, especially given the location.

Pros:

Rooms are compact (as to be expected in Singapore). The facilities are limited - mostly just some instant coffee and tea bags on the second floor, but honestly the proximity to the Bencoolen Station was perfect for us. Really quite easy for us to get around Singapore and see all the main sights

Cons:

Self check-in was confusing to some guests - if you are taking a Grab and getting dropped off, 1) tell your driver they need to go into the garage and up the ramp and 2) feel free to just go down the stairs to floor 1 if you need to talk to an actual receptionist

Pros:

Very nice staff and good facilities in the hotel. It was close to the metro station and easily to travel everywhere. We really liked the hotel bar as well

Cons:

It was noted the room would be cleaned once during a 4-nights stay but it was never cleaned and we had to ask for new towels.
