Breakfast was good. Shame the hotel wasn't all inclusive.
Unfortunately for us, the hotel was under going renovations. So majority of the restaurants were closed and not a lot of evening entertainment.
Location right at Grand Anse Beach. Nice large swimming pools. Cordial staff.
Average quality of breakfast overall. Staff service not exceptional. For price paid per night we expect a higher quality breakfast and staff service. Quality of toilet paper is cheap and not appropriate for a Radisson hotel grade facility.
The room was next to the swimming pool which afforded little privacy. The booking facility did not make this clear
The location of the room
Ok so let’s be clear this property has major upsides and major downsides. The location is amazing. The pool is amazing. The staff are not (on average - see below)
It’s a reallly weird vibe this one. The property and the location in situ are great. Like amazing. And I get that this is the property’s main appeal. But the staff really let this place down. I completely get that there is a relaxed “Caribbean vibe” at play here. However, a lot of the time the service is downright bad. I kind of feel bad for the minority of staff at this place who actually care and GAF, unfortunately the majority do not GAF and this really takes away from the experience.
One key tip - make breakfast self serve.
Like seriously, what is service accomplishing here? Everyone waits longer to receive smaller portions? The staff who do this service clearly hate it. Just let them off, let people pick the food they want…
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Lovely pools. Close proximity to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and everything else was fantastic!
There could have been a bit more variety for breakfast especially for kids. I would have liked more healthy breakfast options such as granola and plain yoghurt
Mango and more fresh fruit options would have been a plus.
A hot tub on the grounds and night entertainment would have helped to make it a perfect stay.
This hotel is very conveniently located. It was great just stepping from the hotel onto grand anse beach. Had a small shopping Center close by.

Loved it all
the location and pool areas were wonderful, the staff were great and there is a lovely feel to the place.
The room was rather tired and didn't have any normal milk for the coffee machine, only sweet hazelnut milk which was a shame. The shared areas of this hotel are wonderful, but everywhere else needs a little revamp. The door to the room wasn't quite the right size so let a lot of light in to the room. A lovely stay, but the rooms need a little love. Overall though we had a really great stay here.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. MOST of the staff was very helpful and accommodating 🙂
The staff and the restaurant were very hostile when they became over whelmed. One particular young lady could not handle the pressure of having a full house. She was running frantic and didn't acknowledge the paying customers. She even attempted to give me cold food that was sitting there for about 45 minutes. I was not happy with that at all
Location. Layout. Breakfast.
Upgrades needed to be worth the price.
