Beautiful, luxurious hotel
Pros:

An absolutely amazing overnight stay. The room was spacious & comfortable.
The hotel was magnificent, really beautiful & luxurious, situated on the beach with a stunning view of the ocean.
I loved the options of the pools & the jacuzzi was lovely.

The staff was somewhat accommodating however the facilities need upgrading

The air conditioning was not working, the cable was disconnected, there was an empty bottle of body wash , there was an empty bottle of hair conditioner

Enjoyed the breakfast and lunch the pool was amazing
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent very delicious food love the sticky buns so good , the staff at breakfast had time for the Guests , we had outstanding service from the lady that worked at the restaurant at breakfast by the name of Sharen , she was telling us the things that was happening at the hotel ie entertainment and to enjoy our time, which we didn’t get at the reception desk .

Cons:

Front deck when checking in very disappointing , there needs to be some improvement

Great location. Good bars right on the beach. Upgrades to outside areas.

Cons:

Security and front desk staff do not act like they’re happy to have you on the property. I got a room that reeked of mold and asked to be moved. The front desk person seemed irked that I asked and didn’t apologize or address the issue. This is something their cleaning staff should have caught. Security warmed up to us but initially it felt like we were being watched to ensure we belonged there. This resort is not fancy enough to give the impression of policing visitors.

Love the upgrades…
Pros:

I usually stay at the Radisson when I travel to Grenada. I’ve been staying there since 2015 (yes, a loyal customer). However, this year was different. It was nice to see upgrades that was done in the hotel. In addition so many wonderful staff that was quite helpful. Poolside - Jude, Brian and Darion were excellent help when needed.
Front desk - Camalla was very helpful with my reservation and seeing that my needs were met. The security guard Alecia was sweet. Joseph (chef) in the main dining room during breakfast made sure that everyone had what they needed - he’s the BEST! Reiner went table to table to ensure everyone was doing well (the sweetest). It was great to be back and I’m happy and I hope that Radisson continues with their much needed upgrades. Keep up the good work.

STAFF MORAL IS EVEYTHING
Pros:

Fantastic place and location as always, I’ve been visiting every year for the past 4 yrs; sometimes four times for the year. I know most of the staff from visits and staff moral makes the place, without them; there’s no Radisson. Rooms are big and spacious and kept extremely clean. Housekeepers must be recognised.
