Organised my dads 90th birthday with the event management team its was great! Working with them from London

Stor pool, nära stranden.

Cons:

I överlag mycket ohjälpsam personal, många gånger direkt otrevliga. Noll servicekänsla.
Stora renoveringar pågick vilket medförde konstant buller dagtid vilket gjorde att rummet inte gick att utnyttja om man ville ha hörseln i behåll

Calm for the for those that need it, lively enough for those that need the fun
Pros:

Very clean and well kept up, it’s not all inclusive but has perfect medium between fun and relaxation at high end resort

Pros:

Excellent grounds. Great for family. My grandkids enjoyed their stay. Great breakfast. Staff made us feel at home.
Lovely night ambiance and entertainment.

Cons:

There was no night lamp in the ocean view suites. I was unable to find the plug in for the coffee and tea area.
Security lights were dull in that area.
I hope after renovations. Those issues will be addressed.
Beautiful envoirment and ambiance generally.
Beds were too soft.

Requested a pool view room, but was given sea view, whilst nice it was further away than expected and was interrupted by beach passerby's.
Breakfast, wasn't a great a previous stays.

Posizione eccellente, la stanza prenotata "Ocean view" corrisponde alla descrizione del sito

Cons:

Dopo qualche giorno sono cominciati dei lavori di manutenzione pianificati esattamente nella stanza sotto la nostra. Trapano, martelli, operai, sporcizia hanno reso la stanza invivibile. Le rimostranze fatte al management non hanno avuto nessun effetto , a loro non interessa il "client satisfaction". Mia moglie ed io abbiamo comprato una stanza ad alto costo per passare una settimana in relax, l'hotel ha rovinato completamente le nostre vacanze mostrandosi assolutamente indifferenti. Non dovevano vendere una stanza sapendo che vi era una manutenzione pianificata sottostante, assolutamente inaccettabile e vergognoso.

A beautiful getaway experience with an amazing view.
Pros:

Area is ideal for mobility and access to public transportation and the beach. Staff were kind and helpful. My room was spacious, sparkling clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The Internet did not work in my room, which was disappointing. Buffet breakfast can be a little more warm for consumption.

Prices were a bit high for food and drinks but that is expected at hotels but had one experience in ordering a meal and had to express my disappointment with the amount provided for the cost.

Relaxing!
Pros:

Everything else was amazing. The staff 1000000/10!

Cons:

The room has a slight musty/mouldy smell and we later discovered it was because of the moldy curtains. They did address it though but it wasn’t the most pleasant thing
