A beachfront treasure
Pros:

The first thing I noticed on arriving was the beautiful landscaping everywhere, often incorporating natural elements such as Traveler palms, all areas beautifully maintained; the next thing that drew me in was the common areas (bars and dining): clean, & comfortable with well chosen furnishings. Staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast is outstanding: what a vast selection of food! Our room had been updated, on the beachfront, everything clean & comfortable. This is our second visit to the Radisson & we're plotting a 3rd.

My trip was wonderful.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I enjoy the beach, pool and food.

Cons:

I didn't like that it was extremely hard finding beach towels. One of the housekeeping staff was very rude to the point my mom had to tell the front desk clerk that she doesn't want the lady back. The wifi was terrible. The staff at the bamboo bar was over charging us for food we ordered. We ordered the same food twice and the pricing was way more the second time when we ordered. I don't understand why the price were never the same. Also we have been coming to this hotel as a valued customer for the past 17 years and not one day has this hotel gave us a thank u basket or a candy. Most hotels I have visited more than once I always get a warm welcome gift as a recurring customer.

Wasn’t a bad stay for one night.

- Frühstücksbuffet sehr amerikanisch-britisch mit vor allem fettigem Essen
- Ein Fenster im Zimmer hatte kein Glas, sondern nur ein Mückengitter, daher war es von draußen teilweise sehr laut und die Klimaanlage musste immer an sein. Auch nachts was laut war

Location, breakfast was brilliant and cultural delicious.

Cons:

Room had sugar ants on the dressing table and near the fridge area. I leak under our bathroom sink which flooded the bathroom each time it was used. Checkout time was 12 noon sharp and no appropriate facilities to change after using the pool or sea after this time on your last day. Building work was underway which meant you could not sleep long in the mornings. NO entertainment during the days we were there whilst the receptionist said they would be! This should have been made clear!
