Great stay with minor issues
Pros:

The staff were very polite and helpful. The front desk staff especially. The breakfast buffet had a great array of local and international cuisine. I loved the Nutmeg syrup and Caramelized Banana sauce. Not to mention the the hotel's prime location on Grand Anse beach. The views were simply immaculate.

Cons:

The wait time for non buffet food could be shorter. We waited almost an hour for a simple order placed after the peak lunch period, around 3pm (at Oasis Bar & Grill). Also, there is a drain going through the property which had a strong smell.

Great value and access to one of the best beaches in Grenada
Pros:

Fantastic location, beach, pool, breakfast, proximity to the bus and airport. Jemiah at the front desk is an amazing staff member!

Cons:

Limited menu for lunch/dinner or in between munchies, service can be slow, WiFi is good around the lobby and restaurant but was terrible for rooms facing the parking lot.

Great stay, lovely staff, thank you to Akim
Pros:

My stay at the Radisson was lovely. The location is central and on one of the best beaches in Grenada. The staff was very accommodating especially Akim who was the most attentive, kind, engaging staff member there. Akim with his infectious genuine smile, and cheerful demeanor, managed to give everyone he assisted his undivided time and service, he was always on the move but seemed to make every guest he interacted with feel taken care of. As a single female traveler, Akim helped me feel very safe at the hotel and even gave suggestions for enjoying Grenada as a whole. I am looking forward to returning to the Radisson Grenada.

Quite a very exciting and rejuvenating experience.
Pros:

The beach and location are resplendent and impeccably kept very clean, with adequate and visibly present security. The staffers are quite friendly, warm and extremely courteous.

Cons:

The breakfast, while generous and of diverse variety, could still be better. However, the ambiance of the environment is quite relaxing and comforting.

Grenada - A Food Lover’s Paradise with Great Service and a Perfect Location.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the entire hotel. From a wonderful welcome from the staff team, clean spacious room, variety at breakfast, standard traditional breakfast options as well as traditional local produce. The restaurant on site, which was on the beach and close to a bar (apologies I can't remember the name) the food was delicious. We ate there for a quick lunch bite, the chicken wings and chicken was our favourite. We also had dinner there one evening, prawns and chicken dishes, again fabulous. I also really appreciated the staff who were clear the food at dinner had up to a 45 minute wait, which was fine, great to be informed and manage expectations.

There is a beach restaurant not far from the hotel called 61 West....they could learn from the Radisson team, the customer service there was dreadful and the entire restaurant was incompetently managed. Even though the food there is nice, the service leaves a bad taste, I would avoid.

About a 10-minute walk to the right of the hotel is a shopping mall. Near there is an authentic roti and doubles spot called Chadon Beni, which is a must-visit. I had a double with all the sauces, amazing flavours. We also noticed a lovely place called Mykonos in the same area. We didn’t get to try it, but it was always busy.

On the way to the harbour for a boat trip (around 15–20 minutes from the hotel), we stopped at a small roadside food stall selling roti's. I can’t remember the name or exact location, but the food was delicious. Don’t be afraid to try the food stalls by the roadside or near the shopping centre opposite the hotel, go outside, there are some great options within walking distance.

Finally, we really appreciated how safe and secure the hotel felt without the overbearing security you sometimes find at larger or chain resorts. The security team were present, friendly, and discreet while checking in with guests. A big thank you to the whole team.

Cons:

Nothing that we didn't like. What would have made our stay even better, would be shower facilities for guests who have a late flight. We did ask to extend our check out time, but unfortunately this wasn't possible due to capacity and new arrivals, which is understandable.

Three days of mixed impressions
Pros:

Check in.
It amost tried my patience but Dimitrius on reception remained calm and professional. He continued this great customer service throughout our visit. Thank you young man. I hope I've spelt your name correctly.

Breakfast.
Many choices from hot food to cereals. Staff were always smiling and at hand to explain the various food.

Rooms.
Felt let down by the room. Seem a bit dated. Bed was not comfortable but was clean. Asked for a additional bed as I stayed with my two adult sons. Waited two nights before the bedsheets were provided for said bed.

Resort.
Beautifully manicured.

Pool.
Refreshing

Bar.
Many choices of drinks and cocktails. Bar or table service was on point.

Food.
When it arrived it was tasty. But did wait a long time to be serviced. Many items on the menu was not available but throughout the day there were nice choices of light meals.

Thank you Rena who organised seating and gave suggestions for the meals on our last night. My son's and I were joined by an additional six guest including family and friends. Rena was ever so helpful. Thank you Rena.

Biggest praise.
This goes out to Shenard. From day one her smile at breakfast shined as bright as the sun. She was extremely helpful and attentive. Her great customer service continued at the beach bar in the afternoon. Absolutely wonderful service. I wished I had asked her if I could take a photo of her to pin on this review.

Location.
Spot on for the beach and there is a Foodfair supermarket and gas station across the road from the Radisson's entrance.

I'd come back again but would like to check out the rooms before.

Thank you to any other staff I did not mention who made our stay pleasant.
